“The hotel staff at the Hilton Atlanta Northwest were the friendliest I have ever been in contact with. They were so friendly and helpful. Everyone that worked in the hotel was fabulous, even the cleaning ladies were sweet and funny. When I go back to Atlanta, no matter what part, I will definitely be staying there, even if I have to drive a bit to get from place to place. This was my best stay ever!”

“The Hilton in Norcross was a very nice property. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. I even got upgraded to a Junior Suite. The rooms were clean and spacious. .”

“The hotel was nice, but they need a no pets policy. We were awakened early in the morning by a barking dog in the room next door, and it barked incessantly all morning. It was miserable.”

“The location and comfortless of this hotel was very good. We went to North Carolina first (stayed in Comfort Suites) and then went through Atlanta. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my pocket with me when I was on the way to the vacation. But we didn't have any trouble checking in at NC with my wife's ID and credit card. So I called this hotel (Hilton) one day before check-in. The clerk answered phone was not so friendly and insisted that I must show MY ID when check in. I asked if my wife's ID would work and got the answer "No".”

“When I had the no disturb sign on the door someone banged the door twice and ran away. Also someone called my room twice when I was asleep. Called the lobby to check whether they had called and they replied no. Decent hotel and the location looked decent too. Stayed at the hotel for a single night so wont be the right person to give a detailed review.”
