• Modern room; accommodating to my special needs of no perfumes/deodorizers. Nicely furnished.
• Receptionist not "user-friendly." (assumed customer was always wrong). No food in rooms too restrictive. Breakfast bar could have more selections.

“The older receptionist seemed unaware of American Customer Service. On two different occasions I heard him speak defensively with a customer, as if the customer was in the wrong. My feeling was that he was running the motel as he would run one in India. No food or drinks were allowed in the rooms. This is much too restrictive for American customers. If a coffee pot is not available in the rooms, then allowing the customers to take a cup of coffee to their rooms seems more than reasonable.”

• The staff was very friendly and very helpful.
• The bathroom was too small.

“Overall I enjoyed my stay at the super 8 motel. The staff was very courteous and made it their first priority to handle the one problem that we did have.”

• I liked the staff because they were very helpful. I also liked how clean the rooms were. This hotel was conveniently located to my intended destination.
• I did not like the bathroom because it is small. I felt the tub should have had some shower mats of tub grips to keep from slipping and falling.

“Overall I thought the hotel was okay for the price that was paid. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also the rooms are rather clean and nice.”

• nothing.
• Room was dirty, sheet were dirty never changed.

“I was very disappointed with this room, bed was broke, sheets were dirty, looked like it had been used for a by the hour room, very nasty.”
