“Nice sized rooms. Walls are too thin. Had to listen to other guests slam doors and talk on cell phone in their rooms. Kids ran the halls screaming. Guests walked the halls on cell phones - very loud at 2 am.”

“It was conveniently located in the city. Staff was average, it was 3 star but in my opinion, it was probably 2 stars. It needs a lot of improvements in the rooms, Air Conditioner was not working properly, one of the lights was not working, lights plugs were by the bed side (bad location for the lights outlets), all electric sockets/power supply were loose, door lock was moving, refrigerator was not properly working. Can't think of anything else.”

“The first room's deadbolt lock could not be used because it was broken. The second room's a/c heater unit was so loud and squeaky and didn't stop for the entire night. The third room was better, but we were unable to get Disney channel on the TV (traveling with 7 years old. The indoor pool was closed due broken heater.”

“My brother in-law also stayed there so we saw his room. We were asked to find another hotel since when we got there the water heater was broken. We had to walk into a Wyndham and pay twenty dollars more for the night.”

“Room was okay until I went to go into the tiled bathroom and almost fell. The carpet in front of the closet outside the bathroom was soaking wet! Other than that, the hotel was just fine.”

“The rooms are outdated and are in serious need of an upgrade. The furniture should have been more modern and the carpets should have been better for the price that they advertise for. The staff is exceptional. They are very friendly and I knew just about everyone by name before I left. I was displaced from my home and they made me feel right at home.”

“This hotel is obviously well past its prime. The staff was friendly, on the whole; however, the rooms were not very clean, the pool was disgusting, the "restaurant" made fast food look good, and I was placed in a king after confirming a double over the phone. I would never stay there again, and I would never recommend it to anyone else. To put it another way, I once stayed at a La Quinta (for less money), and had a nicer stay.”
