• Convenient location, clean rooms, nice and friendly staff.
• Nothing really. Liked everything about it.

“Clean and welcoming rooms. Easy access to major road networks and downtown Atlanta. Nice friendly staff. Highly recommend for the budget-minded traveler.”

• Nice bar.
• Location hard to find & in poor area & not in Norcross but Doraville.

“Hotel was nice but I thought understaffed. Took 15 minutes to check in even though I was the only person at the time as the desk person was answering phone calls & dealing with other issues. I'd bid on 3-star but would rate this facility not more than 2 or at most 2.5 stars. Hotel is clean but is older & the age shows in worn carpet & ceiling tiles in hallways, no Hi Speed Internet & older TV.”

• Two queen beds in the room, good for family travel.
• Neighboring guests noisy, and found other's hair on the towel.

“Generally its family friendly and good for the budget with double queen beds provided. However, I found a hair on a towel which I was sure not from our family (from the color). Don't know whether it's the janitor's or left-over from the previous customer - though I tried not think it was the latter case, just couldn't help doing it.”

• NO ELEVATORS.

“Good location, very clean. No elevators, and at 11:00 at night, I didn't feel like lugging all of my luggage to the 2nd floor.”

• The updated room was very elegant.
• An elevator location was not given by the hotel staff.

“The room that I stayed in was very nice. It had been updated with more elegant bedding and furnishings. It was also very clean. Great hotel.”

• Very clean room, extra sitting area was great, nice view of pool.
• Staff was not helpful, no parking in hotel parking lot.

“Hotel was very nice, but they were having a job fair and the parking lot was full. Desk clerk informed me that since I was using a debit card for "incidentals" that I would be charged a fee of $60.00, but that it would be returned within 2 weeks. ”

• We Loved the rooms view.
• The breakfast price. 8.95.

“This was a very pleasant stay. Being Hurricane Katrina evacuees, we have been staying in plenty of Hotels, this is the best one yet. Sincerely, The Sanders Family. ”

• The room was beautiful, everything I needed was there.
• Being alone, I didn't always feel comfortable entering the back entrances, but that could be avoided.

• Under construction, everything was a mess.

“Hotel is fine, but the whole lobby was completely tore up. The hallways were cement and it was impossible to park near the room because the doors were locked up for construction.”

• The attractiveness and cleanliness of the room.
• The restaurant was closed on the weekend and no continental breakfast.

“The hotel is well designed with a very well maintained courtyard and swimming pool. It does not have an elevator and is only two stories. Some rooms have a small balcony facing the courtyard. Is a little difficult to see from the street as the sign is street level among shrubbery.”

• I like that the hotel had a pool and a fitness center and served breakfast also!
• I didn't like that the breakfast wasn't free and it was a charge of $8.95 to have breakfast there!
