• The linens were clean.
• It was smelly, humid, had leaky pipe in bathroom, clogged drain in bathtub, and mildew.

“I would definitely not want to stay at this hotel again. It reeked of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The common areas were stuffy. The guest room wasn't nice at all. It didn't have enough outlets to plug up phone chargers, laptop, etc. The pipe under the sink in the bathroom was leaking all over the floor.”

• The side door that didn't close tight no security at all.

“We like the hotel for our overnight stay. The only issue we had was no continental breakfast & lack of security.”

• Breakfast buffet was good. Room was comfortable but worn.

“The hotel was okay. A little high for the quality - worn but comfortable. They apparently have church services on Sunday mornings in the room next to the breakfast buffet and the music is very loud in the dining area.”

• Pool, restaurant, friendly staff, good value.
• Several steps between lobby and elevator--ramp exists but is inconvenient.

“Attached restaurant (Ale House) VERY good casual dining/bar, staff very friendly, rooms aged but very clean, even housekeeping staff friendly. Would recommend to anyone.”

• Friendly service from front desk.
• Pool water was a little cloudy and chlorine was strong.

“Over all quality of hotel was good however, elevator placement is not very convenient.The hotel sign is low to the ground and blocked by trees it is very easy to miss the hotel.Still I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 2 star hotel at a good price. Just keep an eye out or you may have to do a little backtracking to find it.”

• Close to town, helpful sfaff, inexpensive.
• Mold problem, no ventilation, stuffiness.

“When we first arrived at our room, we noticed the room was stuffy, and we had to run the air conditioning unit at full blast to somewhat fix the problem. Over the next few days of our stay, the room was persistently damp. Papers curled, clothes felt damp, towels stayed soaking wet. By the third day we noticed that an entire wall was covered with mold.When we approached staff, the manager on duty suggested turning our air conditioner up all the way (it was, and had been), and volunteered to send a maintenance employee to spray bleach on our walls. We requested another room, and were accomodated. The second room was less moist.We would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a mold allergy or to anyone concerned about the effect of mold on health.”
