• Staff was friendly.
• Very noisy, old and run down, very damp.

“This hotel is okay for a price, but is somewhat run down - there are other much nicer hotels in Tallahassee. I've stayed her twice once in 2005. I was told the hotel had been renovated since then. I didn't see any difference at all from my first stay.”

• Location close to Florida A&M University.
• Parking is bad! Hotel is located next to Appleby's finding a parking space is terrible.

• Very dirty through out the whole hotel, with very bad smell.

“The hotel is in very bad shape. We had to moved to another room because the smell was so bad. The room smelled. Please do not use this hotel.”

• Location was perfect.
• Check in hotel clerk was rude, rest were very nice.

• No way is this a 2 1/2 star hotel compared to the other 2 1/2 in the area.

“The lobby is a half floor up from the elevator and if you are disabled you need special assistance to ride a half-assed semi elevator down to get the regular elevator. Breakfast is served in a hall next to the check in desk. Restaurant is under construction. The room smelled like must/mold. The
