• Appearance of the lobby seemed clean.
• When we got to the room, there were no top sheets on the bed plus my wife found a bug during the night.

“The room was not clean, the coffeemaker had burnt coffee in it and was not usable. No remote for the TV and the RF cable had no connecter on it. Could not find the hotel because there was no sign leading to it and it was behind a "popeyes" chicken and another hotel. A very bad experience especially the cleanliness of the room. Finding a roach really upset my wife! I will be very hesitant to recommend a one star to friends. In the past I had no complaints.”

• Nothing.
• Hotel was dirty and had bad electrical outlets and lights.

“Hotel is located in a bad neighborhood and was very dirty. We had leftover deodorant left in drawers, food under beds and dirty blankets. We had to ask the staff to put out the "complimentary" breakfast. Elevators and hallways were dirty also. Overall a extremely bad experience.”
