• The contact with staff was good.
• The hall smelt like someone cooking. The air conditioner was loud. Loud toilets (2nd floor).

“I am glad I only stayed one night. The noise from the air conditioner (in the room), the condenser (outside) coming on and from the toilet when you flush from the room above.”

• Room smelled stale.

“If you plan to spend more than just your evenings in the room, I advise a different option. I was unfortunately regulated to a smoking room that hadn't inhaled natural air in a very long time. That being said, the majority of my stay involved trips outside the hotel. Staff was accommodating and responsive. Free Wi-Fi a wonderful frill.”

• Smell, dirty linens, lack of service.

“This hotel is surface clean, but the smell says it needs a deep cleaning. The linens were dirty and had holes. I was disappointed.”

• I liked the shower head in the bathroom.
• The hallway smelled very dank and musty the entire stay.

“Everything on a surface level is clean in the hotel, but otherwise it looks like it needs some deep cleaning and remodeling done. The mattresses were stained and dirty and the carpets smelled musty. Another drawback was that the wireless internet would not connect to my laptop.”
