• Excellent staff, high speed internet, pool, pet friendly, super breakfast variety, very clean rooms, and good location.
• Needs more parking spaces.

“This hotel has friendly desk clerks and cleaning ladies. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great --- it had a nice variety of cereals, oatmeal, milk, juices, fruit, coffee, tea, sausage snacks, muffins, bagels, jellies, wheat, cinnamon raison, and white bread. It even had strawberry cream cheese! The pool was crystal clear and the pool area was a comfortable place to sit and read and/or swim. The front areas of some of the hotel rooms have a nice tropical type setting with beautiful assorted plants and benches to sit and relax with a cup of coffee and a good book. We felt safe and well taken care of during our entire stay. This facility is well maintained --- it has no peeling paint --- no bad smells.”

• Location right off Interstate is good.
• I got bed bug bites that night and did not get any satisfaction.

“I stayed at the Tallahassee La Quinta Inn close to Interstate 10. During my stay I received numerous bed bug bites. I showed the bugs to the front desk and the spots on my arms where I was bitten. I never got any satisfaction even after contacting the headquarters. I was offered a free night stay. Would you want to stay in a hotel where you received bug bites! It took me months to get a peaceful night sleep and I now have scars on my arms from my stay that are very embarrassing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and make a point of telling business associates.”

• There were two pools and the breakfast was wonderful.
• The parking lot is a little confusing.

“Overall the hotel was nice and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were bigger than I thought they would be, there were two pools for the different levels, and the continental breakfast was exceptional.”

• Elevator access not well marked

“I was quite happy to get a hotel of this quality for the low price I paid. It had a very decent complimentary breakfast, high speed wireless internet (and provided a free bridge so I could use my old laptop), excellent lighting in the room, two double beds and space to set up my computer and printer. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The two star rating is correct for this older facility, but it is well-run. It has a large pool which I did not use.”

• It was VERY clean. I was impressed by the large rooms.

• Staff are always polite and try to meet all needs. We love the area and keep going back to this hotel approx. twice a year
