• Location was good to highway and restaurants and FSU campus.
• Heater smelled up the room and could not use.

• Location to town.
• Filthy, smelly, dirty linens, dark hallways, dripping faucets, hair left on counter tops in bathroom.

“This was a terrible stay. This hotel is filthy. I will Never stay there again.”

• Close to Florida state university.
• Room was below average, smelled.

“The room we had was older than the room our friends had at this hotel, and was in need of updating and a thorough cleaning.”

• Convenient location near restaurants, shopping, FSU.
• Not all rooms have micro and refrigerator. Extra charge for them.

“Rooms need renovation. AC leaked into the room, soaked the carpet. Breakfast not always served on time, one day chef was a no-show.”

• We were offered a suite -- very spacious.
• Hide-a-way bed seemed a little tired.

• Close to I 10. Wake up call on time.
• Dirty rooms, horrible pillows.

“The telephone did not work when we checked in. They brought us another one. The alarm clock could not be set. We expected 2 non smoking rooms but instead we got 1 smoking and 1 handicapped room. The rooms were old and dirty and the buildings they gave us should have been torn down years ago. It is a disgrace to pay over $100 a night for something that bad.”

• The people working were nice
• They put us in 3 different rooms. One was flooded and the rest had air conditioner problems

“The cleaning staff and maintenance employees were friendly and helped out when needed. When we weren't satisfied with our move to a new room the second time they were slow at changing our rooms.”

• Very convenient and large sign so it was found rather easily.
• We had to get security to open the pool so we could sit by it. All gates were padlocked closed.

“This hotel was very friendly at check in. They were a little slow to come to the desk for help later when we couldn't get into the pool area.”

• It was centrally located.
• No fridge, they charged for local phone calls, very noisy.

“It was basically a room and that¿s it. I only saved 2 dollars compared to the regular rate and for 5 dollars more I could have gotten allot more from the hotel next door.”
