“This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a motel stay. There were countless roaches. It was overall dirty. The staff was disrespectful and then had the gall to try and overcharge me. It just overall made me sick. Please don't ever go here. You will be sorry if you do. Bug, dirt and unfriendly people (staff).”

• Bad service.

“The hallways smelled like dirty laundry. The people at the front desk where rude; didn't even tell me when to check out. So I got a rude call in the morning that I should of been out by 11am. The pop machines didn't have any pop I wanted, it was all sold out. I mean what if someone was like thirsty. Does that mean I got to go out and find some drinks at stores. Hotels are there to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The TV had nothing good on. No movie channels nothing. I mean I didn't go to be bored. Only fun thing was the Jacuzzi.. And it had broke buttons on it. Some of the carpet in the halls I walked on had like puke on it or something and I stepped in it. I mean come on where the maid to clean that up.”

• The Jacuzzi room is cheap.

“The hotel is easy to find and is close to the shopping areas. I guess if your desperate and want a comfortable bed to sleep in its a good place to stay. The hallways smell like old feet and you got to make constant trips to the store to get a soda or a snack. The pop machines and vending machines are plugged in and like to take your money but are pretty much sold out of what you want to drink. The front desk is a little rude and make sure your out of there by 11 am because they have no signs posted on saying what time check out is and if you don't check out at 11 you get a rude phone call. The Jacuzzi room is decent size but your Jacuzzi is full of dirt stains and broken knobs to the Jacuzzi jets.”
