• Decent location.
• Bed bugs poor service.

“I asked a smoking room. Attended did not tell me that they had only nonsmoking room, I found out afterwards. Spouse and I woke up with bug bites! Would not stay at another Ramad Inn.”

• The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful with requests. Breakfast was great.
• The pool area was very hot and smelled very strongly of chlorine. Small pool.

“The hotel is in a great area with shopping and restaurants. It is very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast had a good variety. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the indoor pool. The room was very hot and smelled of chlorine.”

• More pillows for a king size bed.

• It was very conveniently located. The staff was very nice and helpful.
• The sheets had not been changed before we arrived. There should be a left turn signal to get to hotel's entrance road.

“Overall we were pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They corrected the things that needed to be corrected or fixed. It is very convenient to Kings Island.”
