• Location.
• Cleanliness.

“The room was not cleaned very well. The bathroom floor was sticky and splattered as if someone had missed the commode.”

• The pool.
• Poor maintenance.

“I had a maintenance problem that did not allow access to the bathroom until the next morning, I spoke to hotel personnel whom was to assist in getting the problem fixed and it wasn't nor did the hotel personnel show up to fix the problem as promised. I needed an additional room and they were sold out and there was a bit of a language barrier with the hotel personnel and myself.”

• Children running up and down hall screaming.

“Overall good but does charge a fee for a safe in the room and for local phone access even though I did not ask for or use them.”

• The hotel was very quiet, and I had no trouble sleeping.
• I got lost, and the desk clerk who answered the phone couldn't give me directions.

“The hotel was adequate for my purposes. The room was clean and neat, but the carpet right in front of the door seemed damp and sticky when I walked on it with bare feet and this was uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom sink did not drain properly. However, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and the hotel was very quiet so I had no trouble sleeping at night. The one thing that ticked me off was that I got lost trying to find the hotel off the interstate, and when I called the clerk who answered the phone was unable to give me directions. She also couldn't speak English very well. I ended up stopping at an area business to get directions and eventually found the hotel.”

• Convenient, economical.
• Running toilet, stained ceiling, cigarette smell in non-smoking room.

“The staff was great; the location was really convenient, the room was okay but had a number of things wrong. The remote was broken, the toilet kept running, there were water stains on the ceiling, and the bed wasn't very comfortable.”
