• Staff was quick to help with any problem that arise- great place to stay with family, close enough to the city.
• If someone is there more than two days, there maids should come in and change linens and beddings automatically-- instead of guest having to take it.

“Hotel was nice, staff is friendly, always with a smile-- linens should be changed after two or more days-- quiet and pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed staying there.”

• Very smoky rooms had to open windows to air it out.

“Room I was first assigned was still dirty. Unmade beds, trash, dirty bathroom. Front desk clerk made some comment about housecleaning, no apology was heard. When opened door to second room, was assaulted by odor of old cigarettes. I called back to front desk, they said they would send up some air freshener, never saw it. I ended up opening the windows and running the AC on high while we went out for the evening. After 5 hours, the room still smelled of old cigarettes but was now at least at a level I could stand. This hotel is what it is a budget hotel, neither better nor worse than most of its kind.”

• Had to pay for 2 beds, no daily room service.

“This was not the type of hotel I was wanting. I had to pay $70.00 more for a room with double beds and the hotel was empty! No daily room service and the bathroom was awful!”

• The location the safety the service and it was nice and clean.
• Can't say I didn't like anything.

“Ended stay is a great motel for what u get and stay in them through out the country, this location staff is awful, always rude, new girl from other location is a good start to friendlier staff, love other locations, perimeter mall motels under same name is great staff.”

• No computer available though internet hook-up present.

“It's a long-term stay with a kitchenette that lives up to the building. No frills but clean and quiet. I-85 is 0.6 miles away. Area appeared to be safe.”

• Numerous requests for housekeeping service ignored.

“Hotel located near restaurants, groceries, dry cleaners and library. Poor service by the staff. Clean towels, paper products, and trash bags had to pick up from the front desk.”

• Bad and rude front desk clerk in AM. Night clerk awesome.

“Clean motel. Great location. Quiet. Would recommend to friends. Manager/or desk clerk in the am rude to fellow travelers and myself. Not expected from what company and they need to review staff. I will stay there again but will try to avoid that staff member.”

• It was very impressive. Staff great, Rooms Awesome. More than I expected.
• There is nothing to tell. Well maybe the fridge quit working the night before we left.

“I was very impressed at first sight. There was a lot more in the rooms than I expected. It was very comfortable. I love the fact that the only time room service was there is if you needed to call them. It was nice not having to worry about our stuff. And we didn't need anything extra except trash bags. The over all stay was great.”

“We were apprehensive the first time. But to our surprise and relief, the room was neat and clean. Another good thing was the kitchen. That helped us a lot because of the reason we were in Atlanta. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to friends.”

• I loved the excellent customer service and the front desk service!
• Toilets do not flush properly, and please provide more than 2 pillows!

“The Extended Stay America provides efficiency studios at great rates right off I-85 and Near downtown! All with full kitchens a/c coin laundry and friendly staff, I give this great location two-and-a-half stars!”
