• It was close to restaurants.
• The kitchenette was filthy, we had to clean it.

“This motel is ok as far as location. We had to change rooms because the clerk messed up and when we got in our room, the kitchenette was filthy. The microwave did not work properly and made an awful, loud noise when on.”

• The hotel room was spacious and very affordable.
• There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

“The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and it was in a very safe area that is close to many restaurants and shopping centers.”

• The location was the only nice thing about this hotel.
• They only clean the rooms and bring clean towels once per week.

“Overall my experience was horrible. When I checked into the room I was told that the rooms are only cleaned once a week and that they only exchange towels once. If you want extra towels you have to pay for them. You expect certain things when you stay in a hotel and I did not get any of the things that I expected. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever stay there again.”

• Nice and clean on the outside. Close to food and Downtown.
• The room had a bad odor. The bathroom was small. The GFI outlet in the bathroom did not work.

“The location was convenient for downtown and several eating establishments. The outside was maintained nicely. The room had a bad odor and I would have requested another room, however I didn't have the time to request and change rooms. The bathroom was very small. I would not stay at this place again.”

• The mattresses were pretty uncomfortable.

• The staff was really friendly.
• The cleanness of the room. It smelled like smoke when we had a non smoking room.

“The hotel could be cleaned better. It need to be checked for cleaning and changing the bed sheets and clean towels and etc.”

• Quiet room up front so I could back in to park close to door.
• No one answered at the hotel operator in the evening.

“Good area with a good variety of restaurants, 24 hour McDonalds close by. Convenient to interstate (I-75) but not right on a frontage road. Everything you need within a few miles. Quiet for a place that rents some weekly rooms. My room was very clean, with a nice stove/refrigerator.”

• Very hard bed, fold out bed in disrepair.

“Good morrow location with excellent variety of restaurants and shopping, and quick access to the interstate. Rooms are small and modestly stocked with amenities. Staff was friendly but very slow to arrive at desk during one of three visits to registration desk.”<
