• Rooms all have sitting/porch area.
• .Shower and bath only ran hot water.

“No cold water would come out of shower. The best we got was only semi steaming hot. A major hassle. Facilities very clean, staff very friendly, Check in/out was a very short interaction which was great.”

• Rooms need renovation, unheated hallways, small TV, staff, utilitarian musty room.

“This hotel is rated at 2 1/2 stars in an area where much better properties are available in the same price range. In my well traveled opinion, this aging hotel should be rated at 2 stars, not 2 1/2.”

• Room furnishings needs to be updated.

“Friendly staff, great appearance in common areas, secluded location, great coffee throughout the day. Rooms need refreshing, they are average and are not as appealing as the common area.”

• Convenient location. Clean facilities.
• No ramps or automatic doors - difficult for wheeling luggage and computers.

“Clean facilities and great location. Courteous staff and great breakfast buffet. There are no ramps on the sidewalks from the parking areas and the front doors of the hotel are not automatic. This makes it difficult when wheeling luggage and laptop cases.”

• The staff was extremely responsive to all needs.
• Pillows and towels are mini sized, but you can have as many as you like!!

• Great area and not too far from major restaurants, shopping, etc.

• The beds were awesome and had foam topper on them
• The glass sliding door was always off track and hard to use

“If you want a perfect nights sleep, lay down on the memory foam topped mattress after lounging in the hot tub. Perfectly clean rooms and beautiful landscaping. The cherry trees outside were all in full bloom. Service was quick and all needs fulfilled as soon as you ask. Any office needs or directions around town were a high speed connection away in the lobby.”
