• Room was clean and comfortable.
• The room was small, bathroom very small.

• Close to my businesses.
• Horrible Wi-Fi, staff provided
  no help.

“Hotel was OK, but the WiFi was down the whole time. The staff did nothing to help the situation. The breakfast was OK but wouldn't recommend.”

• Small pool.

“Hotel had very friendly staff. I made a mistake and left my jewelry in the room after checking out. The staff was honest and held on to it until I was able to pick it up.”

• Great Hotel
• No exterior room entraces

“This hotel is wonderful, best hotel in Richmond. Richmond is my mid point for my travels up north and I have stayed at every hotel in this town. This by far is the best in town. So if anyone is planning a trip here or stopping point this would be the number one choice trust me I have stayed at them all. Believe it or not they actually have high speed internet that works, broadband at that. All the other hotels in this town advertise high speed, and there connection is not much better than dial up. You can actually tell a difference in their connection speed. I would recommend this hotel to anybody, I now have my boss staying there also.”
