  • Room was dirty.

“The room was dirty, there was a pair of flip-flops under the bed that had been there for ages. Another guest had used tissue under their bed. That is extreme neglect on housekeeping. I was overall very unsatisfied.”

“This hotel is in dire need of maintenance. The carpets were dirty and torn. The bedding was of poor quality and uncomfortable. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. Was charged for the room although it had been prepaid. Charge went to another persons credit card (I had difficulty explaining to the staff their mistakes).”

  • Great continental breakfast, quiet location.
  • Only 1 ice machine.

“The hotel in general was very clean. Staff very friendly. The continental breakfast was very good. The only complaint we had was that we were on the 2nd floor and the only ice machine was on the 1st floor. If you want to use the high-speed internet be sure you have the correct cable to connect.”

“I'll start by saying that I knew this was a two-star hotel and used to live in the town, so my expectations were set accordingly. But, this hotel fell far short of those expectations. There was a sign saying, "please pardon the mess as we make reservations". However, I did not realize that applied to the cleanliness of rooms, such as dusty furniture, dirty bathroom, and more. The room was bizarrely laid out, with huge spaces of no furniture, but holes in the carpet as if there had once been furniture. Security was a bit odd - the side door was broken at one point. The bathroom was the smallest one I had ever seen! To shut the door I had to walk to the side of the toilet into a corner. Only then could I sit down or enter the shower. I practically had to duck to get in the shower and Iżm not even 6 feet tall. I definitely had to duck to get any water on my head. Bathroom amenities were a bare minimum. Breakfast was good though, and free - that was nice. The staff was very polite. Access to the hotel from the south is easy - however, leaving the hotel and access from the north is a bit more complicated. I lived there and wonder how easy it is for someone who doesn't know the area well.”

“The toilet seat was lifted up; someone had urinated and not flushed the toilet when we went to the room. My friend also recommended not to stay in la quantażs-so rooms - does not deserve a 2 start rating. Definitely not in the class of a best western.”

  • The beds were very uncomfortable, nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke.

“This is not a hotel I would recommend staying in again. The mattresses were hard, one of the beds squeaked, the non smoking rooms smelled like cigarette smoke because the smoking rooms were less than 40 feet away. .”

  • We didn't have directions to our destination, and the manager was wonderful. He let me use his personal computer to get the directions. THANK YOU!!
  • The girl that was in charge the day we checked out was not the friendliest person in the world.

“We had a wonderful stay. There were plenty of towels, the breakfast was great. It was just overall a terrific break from the norm! Thanks to everyone there, especially the manager. He made the visit worth going back again and again.”

  • Good breakfast selection, convenient to Freeway, next door to nice restaurant.
  • It reeked of smoke, ash tray 15 feet from non-smoking room. No elevators.

“Convenient location, nice continental breakfast and good staff. Unfortunately, the place reeked of smoke with smoking rooms were in the middle between two sections of non-smoking rooms. Also it didn't have an elevator which made dragging suitcases upstairs difficult.”

  • The outdoors where very nice also the breakfast was good.
  • Pool water was very cold, room was dirty.

“For being a 2 star the pool water was very cold and the room was very dirty. It was a very easy hotel to find and the pool was very easy to get to. also the breakfast was very good with much to choose from.”

  • Dated, smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the hallways and office. Rooms are in need of upgrading and repair. Overall appearance is uninviting.

“This is a one star hotel at best. The staff was extremely friendly, but this was the only positive. My husband, children and myself could not wait to leave in the morning. It was an unsettling experience. I have always been satisfied previously, and was very disappointed at this stay. I hope this review will serve to show the reality of this accommodation.”
