• Convenience for this trip was excellent.
• No filter for the in room coffee pot.

“It was fine & fulfilled the need for this trip. Access to 3rd floor rooms was awkward (stair wells).”

• Good Hot water and TV.
• Cramped space. Extremely tight area--set up in the style of a B&B, but missing something. The front desk tried to charge me twice for the room.

“Nice location 8 miles or so from down town Atlanta. Not much traffic - even during rush hour. Free continental breakfast included. High on the general crabs, and no protein choices for any one that likes to eat healthy. Restaurant opens for Lunch and Dinner with a nice array of menu choices. Rooms are stylishly quaint with a firm mattress for a quality rest. The space is a little too tight for today' normal traveler.”

• Excellent gym - indoor pool, workout room, great equipment; very woodsy and serene setting.
• Breakfast was not available until 8 am. We had to be in Atlanta before 8:00 and could not enjoy the breakfast.

“Our rooms was on the third floor. They were clean but rather small, particularly the bathroom which was extremely small. Toilet and tub/shower and barely enough room to stand. The sink was outside the bathroom with an adequate vanity area. Microwave and refrigerator were nice amenities. Gym facility was great with plenty of towels available and large showers. Also sauna, hot tub and indoor pool. Noticed a nice sitting area which also had pool table, football and card tables. If we'd had more time, would have enjoyed that. The grounds were well-maintained and we felt secure. There was a $1 charge for each room to room call we made. Clerk told me these were considered "local calls".”

• Friendly atmosphere, linked to conference center which had many features we could use.
• Pool wasn't open.

• No Internet, too old, too hard to maneuver to third floor.

“I hope this is the red headed step child of the other hotel, if not it has substandard quality too. It is 2006 and I am NOT in Vegas. I will not pay $10 for Internet access. They just put in new bed coverings and threw carpet on the floor. The bones of the hotel are shabby and substandard.”

• Close to Emory Complex. Free transportation to Emory Complex.
• Bathroom extremely small. Buffet breakfast included in price not restocked at 9 in the morning.

“Nice on site gourmet restaurant. Courtyard very scenic and comfortable. Rooms clean and comfortable, however bathroom very small. Buffet breakfast included with room very minimal at best and then not being restocked food or utensils. ”

• Helpful staff, clean, nice refrigerator.
• Upper levels (2nd, 3rd floors) accessible only by stairs, no elevator.

“Luckily I was on the first floor, but upper levels have no elevator for access (only stairs). Friendly staff, clean environment.”

• No elevators, stairs to third floor.

• Nice size rooms.
• The staff was not accommodating in seeking a room with two beds.

“I needed to change to a room with two beds, and even though I ended up in two different bedded rooms, they said they did not have any available. Plus the air conditioner was not working in my first room.”

• Beautiful surroundings.
• It is too hard to find if you are not from Atlanta. Even locals didn't know where it was.

• It had refrigerator and microwave.
• Was not where I wanted to be, not convenient.

“The hotel had a nice staff. The rooms were sufficient and served the purpose for the evening. They were clean and I liked that they had a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel was out of the way from where I wanted to be. Wasn't close to any restaurants.”

• Was so convenient to Emory Hospital.
• The person checking in was kind of rude. I was just standing and she told me to sit down until she was ready for me.

“The power went off due to an accident. We checked in Thursday afternoon and left at 5:30 am. So I really did not come in contact with anyone but the person that checked me in.”

• Very friendly and clean.
• Rooms open to the outside, I like doors that open to a corridor, bathrooms small.

“Very pleasant stay, bathrooms were a little small, conference center was nice, breakfast was good and quick.”

• It was clean and very convenient for my business duties that weekend.
• The front desk staff was really rude but, the management was excellent.

“It was clean. There were exterior corridors surrounding a poorly light courtyard. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall, I certainly wouldn't stay their on a luxury vacation, but as a place to sleep, it works just great.”

• The Hotel was a two level Hotel, that you entered your room from outside. Those type tend to be noisy from outside noise, this one was very quite.
• I thought the room was very small for a room with 2 beds.

“Overall a nice place to stay. They basically have two separate buildings, one that is structured for conference/meetings. The other is strictly hotel rooms. Both buildings have rooms, but the one with the conference rooms are a lot nicer. It's about a 15 minute drive to downtown.”
