dirty hotel, run down, breakfast was too little, crowded, felt unclean, unsanitary. Very disappointed at the overall experience.”

• The man at the front desk was very helpful.
• The breakfast could be until 10.00

• I spent less then seven hrs. There because the person that picks me up did not know how far from airport it was.
• Same as before.

“I did not stay long so I can not be help. I do know I will try it again because it is close to Social Security Office and if I have my own transportation.”

• It was in a convenient location.
• The rooms were small, no bathroom space, nowhere to really keep luggage.

• It had great facilities, like refrigerator, microwave, iron and nice shower head.
• Carpet may need cleaning or replacing.

“Great location and seem pretty safe. Has a lot of amenities and plus free breakfast. Hotel staff very friendly.”

• Location was close to Atlanta.
• Lady in next room woke us at 2 am cussing her boyfriend, people were drunk on balconies, partied all night.

“I would never stay here again. Room was filthy and we felt very frightened for our lives, people were partying all night and yelling and fighting and the staff did nothing about it. We shoved a chair in front of the door for extra safety. Not family friendly.”

• Continental breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.
• Some walls are in mild disrepair - needing paint, etc.

• Location to my destination.
• Ice machine is in the lobby. It's a 3-story hotel.

“It served my purpose. The price was acceptable. The staff was courteous.”

• This is a hotel I'd like to stay at after driving, it was everything I wanted and needed.
• There was nothing wrong, at all.

“This was a really nice hotel. It was clean, neat, and friendly, which are all of my expectations when staying at a place away from home. I was very pleased.”

• Very convenient location if passing through on I-75.
• Staff made us wait 10+ minutes outside before buzzing us in to check in.

“This hotel is a bit neglected in terms of up keep. The room was heavily deodorized, and the smell was overwhelming. The front office evening staff was extremely rude to us upon check-in, forcing us to wait outside 10+ minutes because he didn't want to buzz us into the lobby while he was waiting on another customer.”

“I was given a smoking room and the internet didn't work which is a big deal. They called 20 minutes after I checked in to see if everything was alright and I stated I preferred a non-smoking room and wished the internet worked. They apologized but offered no solution.”

• Excellent front desk staff, very friendly and helpful.
• The room needed a thorough cleaning, and the mattresses were hard could feel and hear the springs popping.

“This hotel has great potential, but seriously lacked attention to detail in the housekeeping department. There was a 1/2 thick layer of dust on the bedside lamp hardware, dust along the edges of the carpet, and a ring in the toilet, perhaps the ring was from the room not being occupied for several days. Also, the corners of the bathroom needed regular cleaning. The bed was hard, cheap quality mattress with a thin mattress pad. Every time I turned over, I could hear the springs popping, and could feel every spring in the bed -- I weigh 160 pounds. A thorough cleaning, and better quality mattresses would easily make this a great hotel.”
