• Location was close to shopping.

“Nice hotel with decent amenities. Looked to have a nice bar and eating area although we did not make use of them. Room was clean and comfortable.”

• Unprofessional staff.

“This has to be one of the worst hotels in regards to the professionalism of the staff and how the hotel is maintained. The hotel is located in a pretty nice area, but after checking in I could have sworn I had checked into a cheap hotel in the hood. The staff had nothing but attitude no matter what the question and pretty much ignored every request we made. The room was filthy and the furnishing were very worn.; Hilton should be ashamed to call this hotel a 3-star hotel. We also had to beg to get the room made up. I am really second guessing ever staying at another Hilton ever again.”

• I loved the layout, the separate room from the living room and the separate shower and tub.
• Nothing.

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was so warm, inviting and pleasant. I was actually sick when I checked in, but I rested so well that I started feeling better as soon as I hit the bed. I would love to stay here again. The staff was nice, and there was stuff to do at the hotel.”

  landscape was very natural.

• Dirty room, could hear people in the halls.

“I didn't like this hotel. It was dirty, I found an empty beer bottle. The room was next to the lobby, so it was really loud. It was also close to the highway and got noise from that.”

• One of the clerks was rude on the phone.

• The Jacuzzi and room comfort.

• Rooms were good. Beds were very comfortable.
• The parking lot is the worst I have ever experienced, a steep hill to get to your car with little assistance from the hotel people to assist you.

“Hotel is good but I do not believe I would stay there again unless I had assurance the hotel people will assist people to the car, the parking lot on this hill is just terrible.”

• Gave us another room without a lot of trouble when the first room was not clean.
• The first room we were given was not clean.

“The pillowcase had a sparkle sticker on it and the cover had lipstick on it in the first room we were given. The next room seemed clean and worked fine. We got there late and left fairly early. It turned out to be a great location for where we were going and got there in time, even though we over slept because we did not get the wake up call we asked for. The hotel staff we asked for info on location of where we were going didn't seem to really know. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the stay there that night a 5.”

• I liked the amount of room.
• Needs more eating establishments around. - had to go to the mall for lunch.

“For our stay this was a very comfortable room. It was convenient to getting on the right highways to get where we were going each time. It doesn't have many stand alone eating places nearby which would have been nice, but we would stay here again.”

• Fabulous customer service clean comfortable environment.
• Pool area extremely warms no towels.

“Upon check-in you are greeted with a warm smile and the feeling that the staff will do whatever it takes to accommodate your needs. There are fresh baked cookies and lemonade available through-out the day. It has a luxury feel at an affordable price. Would definitely stay here again.”
