• The lobby was warm.
• My hotel room was freezing and they didn't come up right away to fix it after
  I notified them.

“My room was freezing until the final day (the heat was never turned on in my room) and some of the staff was quick to say 'it wasn't their job so it wasn't their fault. I'll never stay at that hotel again, I had to leave my business trip early.”

• Huge suites with French doors.
• Rowdy groups of children screaming up and down the corridors

“Convenient location. Spacious rooms. Microwave ovens. Noisy when hotel permits parties in hotel rooms. Kids run up and down halls. The best recommendation is to call the front desk first. If problem continues, call police. Thank you”

• Overall staff was helpful and worked out the issues with my stay.
• Breakfast was not that great for $16.00 and the maintenance staff needs to clean the air filters.

“Water from the rain was in my suite up past the desk and into the bedroom. The AC fails to work due to a clogged air filter which was very dirty.”

• I loved the convenience of the location and the attractiveness of the area.
• Reception, hospitality and housekeeping staff were overwhelmed one weekend I was there.

“This is a good place to set up for an extended stay. There is lots of space to spread out. The front desk staff were lacking in hospitable attitude. There were no bellhop or concierge services. The one meal I had from room service was awful. But, if you just need a nice suite to stay and you are fairly independent this is the place for you.”

• I liked everything about it; it was very nice. Nice layout in the room.
• We couldn't use the pool cuz they were waiting for inspector and this was on a Friday.

“The hotel was fantastic. The only real problem we had was the fact that we arrived on a Friday with swimming on our agenda and we couldn't use the lovely pool because they were waiting for it to be inspected. Then we had to wait until the next day but didn't really want to get in it bright and early in the morning. Kind of messed up our plans. We got to use the pool next door at the Comfort Inn but it wasn't nearly as nice as the one at the Hilton. Basically just a small square hole in the ground.”

• Great Staff, great suite, service, restaurant, everything!

“This was absolutely the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. I was preparing for an important professional test and was given a suite in a very private area so I could study. My husband joined me after I passed the test and it was a wonderful place to celebrate. The staff was terrific!”
