• Short travel time to downtown Atlanta.
• Hard beds, noisy environment, disregarded by the staff.

“This hotel was convenient to downtown Atlanta via the 400 toll road and looked good to the appearance but once you get settled in the stay isn't comfortable. The beds were very firm/hard and on the verge of being uncomfortable. I was impressed by the small in suite kitchenette but realized in the middle of the night when the refrigerator would kick on and off that I'd rather not have it next time. The staff treated me with little regard and chose to take phone calls over checking me in and took a long time to do so.”

• Nothing.
• Took over 30 minutes to check in and ended up with a smoking room when requested for a non-smoking room.

“This is an extremely bad hotel and would not recommend it to anyone for any price. It took more than 30 minutes to check in. I asked for a non-smoking room and the receptionist said - she is checking as they have no non-smoking room available (and the parking lot was pretty much empty that tells me that there weren't too many people). It took her over 30 minutes to find a room and that turned out to be a smoking room. Spent another 20 minutes to get the room changed. There was nothing appealing about this place - the ambiance was bad, the staff was not at all professional.”

• Nicest Extended Stay Ive stayed at.
• Charged $5 for wireless per day not good.

“Very nice Extended Stay friendly staff cleans. Should not charge $5 per day for wireless since most of the economy hotels provide it free.”

“The hotel lobby was clean, check in was quick, and the room itself was spacious, well appointed, and well maintained. Everything looked and smelled fresh. Outstanding value for money.”

• Very adequate to my necessities.
• To be able to do the extension by the front desk instead I had to do by internet before 11 a.m.

• Furniture old somewhat dingy. Carpet sticky, bathrooms below 2star, had problems with fridge.

• Good rates. Fridge in room.
• Hastily forced to check-out [staff was relentless; no leeway in checking out later than 11am]. Though I did leave late, they were on my door, or room.

“Carpet needing re-vacuuming; room was hot when I arrived [could at least left the fan running].”

• Very clean and in a great area.
• There were no sidewalks available to access the front of the hotel entry if you had to park on the side of the hotel. The only elevator was in front.

“Great location, clean, and friendly staff. Efficient layout of the room with kitchenette. Only complaint was that we had to park to the side of the hotel and there were no sidewalk access to wheel our luggage to the front lobby where the elevator was located. Instead, there was lots of shrubbery where there could have been a sidewalk.”

• The staff was exceptional and helpful.
• Nothing everything was great.

“The staff was exceptional and demonstrated close attention to detail. I checked in late and the key was in a locked box waiting for me. After a long day of driving all I wanted to do was go to sleep. They made everything user friendly. I enjoyed my stay and the staff and the location is great.”

• Nice price received and was not crowded for a weekend!
• Paying extra for Wireless Connection! Just Bad!

“Hotel was fairly nice for the price I received but was shocked when I had to pay extra $5 to get a code to connect to their wireless network. Also hotel was not very busy for a weekend stay. We did find it just a little difficult to locate in the area with lack directions provided on-line. Although, we would stay again at the price received.”

• Floor [bathroom] and inside of microwave needed cleaning.

“Stayed at this property before, several stays actually. This was one of the least memorable, with a scuffed floor in the bathroom and kitchenette. The microwave was filthy, only noticed on my second night in the room. The towels were three different shades of white.”

• Deep face bowls in bath. Quite surrounding area. I could see trees from my room window.
• Ice maker did not work. I can't get it for the rate I had on my next visit.
