“I had a few problems with this hotel that you would not expect from a 3 star property. I stayed in this property for four nights. Each day I returned to my room around
6 P.M.
only to find that the room had not been serviced. Each night I would call the staff and I was assured it would not happen again. All 4 days I received no maid service. Second, half the TV stations did not work including such staples as ESPN. I called the staff and was told it would be fixed. It never was. Third, the internet ran at dial up speed. On my last night, since these problems were not resolved, I decided to contact the manager of the hotel and inform him/her of the problems. I talked to
the Assistant Manager. She was very unprofessional. She asked me very sarcastically "What's the problem" and insisted on speaking with me on the speaker phone. The next day I attempted to talk to the General Manager and he had no interest in discussing the problems. I will not stay there again.”

“The room I stayed in had rust on the tiles between the tub and toilet. The food selection is very over priced for the quality. However the hotel amenities are excellent.”

“The hotel had ample staff to provide for all our needs. The decor was hip, the rooms were larger and the linens were comfortable. I had a small problem with the toilet continuing to run but once aware of the problem they addressed it immediately and offered to relocated me to a new room if I so indicated that desire. Overall, I was quite pleased with this hotel.”

“This is a lovely hotel. The standard room is a mini suite, nice a roomy. Each room has a fridge and is very comfortable. The free breakfast is not much.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel.”

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again. My only problem was in my bathroom, the toilet didn't have enough water in the water bath which made a continuous noise all day and night. That was very disturbing and frustrating.”

“This hotel is clean and is located at a convenient location, close to major shopping center, Subway station, and several key business buildings. Great for budget business and leisure travelers. The 42" LCD television, which can be connected for presentation modes, was an excellent amenity. Ample parking and friendly service. Continental breakfast falls way short though. Any of the hot item requires an extra charge and not enough seating is provided for eating.”

“I was in Atlanta BC, my son was having surgery the next morning at Children's Hospital. We traveled over 2 hours to get the hotel, arrived at 800, tired and hungry, only to be sent somewhere else. Half the visual appeal of this hotel, but at least it had 10x better customer service. This was awful and it has never happened to me before! The timing was terrible! This was unacceptable! The woman walked around the desk, and whispered that they were full. There were others standing around when I was sent away! I was nervous enough about my son's surgery.”

“Great value. Great experience. Started out with a "10" initial ratings impression, but fell off to an '8'. The room refrig didn't work, the direct TV satellite reception was not working initially [night of the Atlanta tornado/storms], and there were no local NCAA basketball games broadcast on direct TV. I was not able to view any locally televised SEC, nor ACC basketball game broadcasts. The 24 hour grill was nice to have, though the free continental breakfast was sparse. I also lost, or misplaced, an envelope with some info that I specifically came to Atlanta to get. The housekeeping lost & found didn't have it as of Wednesday morning [three mornings after checkout].”
