“I checked into this hotel and came to my room. It was dirty. The sofa was full of layers of hair. The bed looked like it was about to collapse and the hair covered sofa was damaged. It was disgusting. I called the front desk and was given a new room. It had piles of debris on the floor, stunk, and had no sheets. I went back to the front desk and said since you have no clean rooms I can't stay here and never checked in.”

“The rood was dirty and when we reported this to the staff the supervisor simply said that she was sorry and made no effort to try and place us into another room. Keys were not available and were never given to us. We had to stay in another hotel for the next two nights.”

“Everything was fine with this hotel except the pool was just on on-site. After checking in I found out my room key card, gave me access to the pool of Homesteads sister hotel down the street. Other than that I found it to be very comfortable and the staff was great.”

“The hotel was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. There was ample parking and the rooms were easily accessible. The front desk was closed after hours, which is something I had never noticed before at a hotel and I almost missed my check in due to my late arrival.”

“Arrival Thursday night in rain. Friday morning had rain on bathroom floor. Friday evening the bathroom ceiling and kitchen ceiling began to leak. Rain poured into my room by bucket falls in very short period of time. Ran out of room with my stuff and threw it into my car. Lost my car key in process. Missed my dinner reservation due to lost key. Ruining my evening thinking about where to get key next day. Asked hotel staff to look for key that night, they did not. Next morning, had to spend time looking for key which I found. This ruined my entire stay. Hotel manager said he will credit me with one night stay. Ridiculous. Ruined my entire weekend.”
