• I did not like this at all.
• The comfort of the hotel was not there and the restroom sink was falling apart.

• This hotel was so disgusting that I could not stay there. They had no clean rooms. I had to stay at another hotel.
• They had no clean rooms - it was horrible - rude staff- nasty rooms - one had no sheets and debris on the floor.

“I checked into this hotel and came to my room. It was dirty. The sofa was full of layers of hair. The bed looked like it was about to collapse and the hair covered sofa was damaged. It was disgusting. I called the front desk and was given a new room. It had piles of debris on the floor, stunk, and had no sheets. I went back to the front desk and said since you have no clean rooms I can't stay here and never checked in.”

• Nothing except it's location.
• The room was dirty with soiled floor, furniture and bed linen.

“The rood was dirty and when we reported this to the staff the supervisor simply said that she was sorry and made no effort to try and place us into another room. Keys were not available and were never given to us. We had to stay in another hotel for the next two nights.”

• I liked the location, convenience to shops and malls.
• Has swimming pool access but it is not on site.

“Everything was fine with this hotel except the pool was just on on-site. After checking in I found out my room key card, gave me access to the pool of Homesteads sister hotel down the street. Other than that I found it to be very comfortable and the staff was great.”

“The room was fine for a 2 star, but the night service wouldn't try to help me and my issue. I called before I came, but my printer was out of ink, so I wrote out the information.”

• They need a means to replenish coffee and soap.

“For the price and type of hotel (extended stay type), it was great. For single or double occupancy, this hotel serves the needs for any traveler.”

• The exterior appearance was very nice.
• The interior of the room could use an upgrade.

“The hotel was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. There was ample parking and the rooms were easily accessible. The front desk was closed after hours, which is something I had never noticed before at a hotel and I almost missed my check in due to my late arrival.”

• Good location, attractive exterior, and friendly check-in staff.
• Rooms are those of a budget, economy motel; Exterior corridors are OK for extended stay but do not give feeling of safety and security.

“This seems to be a well managed extended stay property in a good location. It should not be in the same rankings as a La Quinta or a Comfort Inn which offers much more comfort and style.”

• I am not there now.
• Ruined my entire visit.

“Arrival Thursday night in rain. Friday morning had rain on bathroom floor. Friday evening the bathroom ceiling and kitchen ceiling began to leak. Rain poured into my room by bucket falls in very short period of time. Ran out of room with my stuff and threw it into my car. Lost my car key in process. Missed my dinner reservation due to lost key. Ruining my evening thinking about where to get key next day. Asked hotel staff to look for key that night, they did not. Next morning, had to spend time looking for key which I found. This ruined my entire stay. Hotel manager said he will credit me with one night stay. Ridiculous. Ruined my entire weekend.”

• It was just something quick and convenient to the location of where I was going to be.
• When we checked in, they couldn't find my Name on the system so they charged me for the night.
