“Absolutely not a 4 star hotel, perhaps a 2 star with valet. Valet not to be confused with star level but a service to attract business persons with need for transportation to Marta. Very convenient to Marta thus, an ideal location for business men with no need for anything other than a clean bed.”

“I liked the location of the Hotel and that it was convenient to shopping and some entertainment venues. I had breakfast in the restaurant and the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff attentive. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Hotel was like staying at a cheap motel 6. The carpet was frayed, grout missing in bath area, rates were outrageous for the quality of the room. I will not recommend the Westin to anyone.”

“The hotel is beautiful, although very difficult to find. Hotel staff was unable to provide correct driving directions although 3 calls were made. The guests in front of us and others we encountered in the hotel echoed the same sentiments. Although, once there, the hotel itself if beautiful; the staff accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable and romantic even though outfitted for business - which we mix with recreation everywhere we go. It was a perfect match!”

“Upon arrival there were some cleanliness issues with our room, management was quick to act and accommodating about resolving the issue. They certainly made up for our initial discomfort. The room was comfortable, but a little crowded for our needs.”

“Bedding was excellent. Upholstering was shabby. We required an outlet near the bed for c pap. This was located behind the headboard. The up dates to the shower were wonderful but the faucets did not work correct. Bath lighting and mirror were a super plus. With just a little effort, they could be a 5 star facility.”

“As with most Westin's, this one was outstanding. The only problem we encountered was with our in room breakfast. There were several problems as a few of the things we had ordered were left off. The staff was gracious and apologetic and quickly brought the items that were left off. I only comment about this because Westin hotels are usually right on top of room service and all aspects of hotel hospitality.”

“I enjoyed this luxurious hotel, the view from the room, especially the bed linens, and the room furniture. The "mini bar" prices in the room were a little high and I couldn't believe the internet was $12 a day. It seems like internet access should be free based on the price of the room. However, the room was great, the free star bucks coffee was great along with the in room coffee maker, and everything about the room itself was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous but terse without that welcome feeling of the country inns or the Hampton Inn. Overall I would rate our visit an 8 out of 10 because of the Westin's luxury, in room star bucks coffee, and cleanliness.”

“Overall, excellent hotel. They have a bit of an elevator problem on the weekends. The wait on the hotel almost made me want to check out. Also, they had a problem with the water and we were told to drink the water out of the hotel room, only to find out later that I was charged. I called the hotel on Monday to complain and was advised the charge would be removed. As of Wednesday, I still have not received my credit. Seemed kind of suspect, I know it was only $9, but if they charged everyone, then they got over.”
