• Close to Marta - restaurants - shopping.
• Staff was not in synch, took long time to register, not knowledgeable.

“There was nothing bad, but also little good about it. Facilities were clean & well-kept, maids were friendly & polite. The short distance to Perimeter Mall & MARTA were very nice.”

• Helpful staff.
• Room cleanliness was disappointing, no casual restaurant.

“Lobby is attractive and spacious. Staff was polite and helpful.
Room was fair, would appreciate more deep cleaning like light switches, behind the table between the beds. Beds are comfortable.”

• The check in/out process was very easy.
• Most hotels offer HSIA or wireless for free. This hotel charged $13.

“Our stay at the hotel was fairly brief, we checked in around 8pm and were out by noon the following day. I liked the ease of check in/out and that the staff were very helpful. The ambiance of the hotel was very calm, yet upscale. The rooms were comfortable - it was obvious though that this hotel wasn't always upscale. Sagging wallpaper was one clue. The room also smelled very hotel, and by that I mean closed in and almost musty. I noticed that one of my towels was torn, which I wouldn't expect from a Westin either. Overall the stay was fine, the beds were very comfortable, the dual shower heads was a plus, and there room was large enough for me, my husband and my 4 year old.”

• Location. Nice hotel and grounds. Convenient to restaurants-shopping and city.
• Rooms are very small - no place to put bags for unpacking.

“We have stayed in this hotel several times before and have always enjoyed the stay. Walking the surrounding area is a treat. The hotel is very convenient to the city via 400 toll road and there are good restaurants and shopping near-by. The hotel was clean and well appointed and the staff was courteous and helpful.”

• The pool was not clean and no inside pool. The rooms were a bit crowded.

“Overall experience was good. My room had not been used for a long time- lots of dust, broken things: battery on door lock dead, cordless phone unplugged and not charged, honor bar not fully stocked. Very responsive staff.”

• The bed was so comfortable, the dual head shower
  was amazing.
• Internet charge, it was reasonable just didn't expect to pay for it.

• Comfort level.
• No microwave.

“Very nice. Pleasant view from the room overlooking a man made pond. Something you do not expect in a metropolitan area. The room did not have a microwave and had a one cup coffee maker which was the only downside.”
