• The price was great
• It was perhaps not as high in quality as I am accustomed to

“This hotel is great quality for a city the size of Atlanta. However it is a bit hard to find and access from the street and the building has an old appearance once you get past the lobby and go into the hallways and find your way to the rooms. The value is still good and, once in your room, the quality is good although the rooms tend to be smaller in size than average.”

• Its location is convenient to my activities in Midtown Atlanta
• The front desk person who checked me in was knew nothing about the hotel

“Taking into consideration its rating the property is really nice. I was disappointed when the employee at the front desk who checked me in knew nothing about the property, its amenities nor its basic operations. (i.e. location of the ice machines) Other than that this is a really nice property for the price.”

• The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
• Driving directions were not clear. Hard to find.

“I probably will try not to stay in this hotel again because of its location. Hard to find by the directions. I didn't like the downtown location. However, the hotel itself was very clean and personnel very helpful.”

“I stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Midtown, Atlanta. I have reserved that hotel for the past three New Years Eves, and for three years in a row, I have showed up and found that they have overbooked and given my room away. Furthermore, they always blame it on you! The first two years weren't bad because they fixed the problem. However, this year they shoved me and my male FRIEND in a tiny room with one double bed and a broken recliner. He ended up sleeping on the floor. This is completely unacceptable and should be remedied.”

“A nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Great location if you want to be near the Woodruff Art Center in Midtown. I walked from the hotel to the High Museum of Art in about 10 minutes or less. They did get a bit confused and tried to check me out after one night (I had booked 2 nights)but the problem was quickly resolved. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The lobby is beautiful and welcoming. The rooms are good size and very clean. The breakfast was well stocked, and staff was extremely friendly. I'd recommend a stay here to anyone staying in midtown Atlanta”

“This room was infested with spiders and bugs, the hotel staff sent a maintenance man to clean the spiders, webs, and bugs out of the bath tub. He did not get them off the floor... my 7 yr old was bitten in her sleep and had a huge mark on her left cheek. The hotel staff told me that a manager would call me on Monday and that did not happen. I was told that the hotel would refund what I paid but that has not happened.”

“The Fairfield Inn hotel, in Midtown Atlanta, was a very enjoyable stay. The host at the front desk was very polite, and answered all the questions that I had. The room that I stayed in exceeded my expectations, it was very big and most of all, clean. The grounds workers also were very nice, and went out of their way to ask if I needed anything, they would be sure to help me out. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at the Fairfield Inn Midtown, again.”
