• Parking not directly connected to the hotel building.

• I felt uncomfortable at front desk check in.

• Clean and comfortable.
• Did not have free wi fi connection. Upscale hotel should not charge for wi fi.

“Deluxe 4 star hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Access to fine dining and shopping. Did not find it easy to make a left turn out of the hotel entrance. Had to turn right but was not allowed to make a u turn at the first stop light.”

• Beautiful, mint condition, clean large lovely room, professional helpful staff, great location.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“This hotel is in Buckhead within walking distance of several great restaurants and bars. The hotel is beautiful and in mint condition. The concierge, wait and bell staff were all friendly, highly professional and helpful. The valet retrieved our car in less than 5 minutes! The concierge recommended a restaurant which was the best restaurant of our vacation.”

• The bed was amazing.
• They should have free wireless.

“Great hotel centrally located in Atlanta's Buckhead district. The rooms are very well kept and the bed was amazing. Great experience. The two drawbacks are $24/night parking and $10/day wireless fees.”

• Beautiful!
• Hard mattress and ridiculous pricing for parking.

“We enjoyed our stay here. There was a dog in the room next to us and when we called and asked for a fan in our room to drown out the noise, we were attended to very quickly. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and to self park we had to pay $17! Outrageous! And there was a $10 fee to use the Wi-Fi in the building.”

• Everything was great except there was a long dark hair on one of the towels, housekeeping should check better.

• The bathrooms were spacious and well appointed.
• Self parking was too far of a walk for the money.

“Wow. The rooms are so nice and spacious at this hotel and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely refer my friends and family here.”

• Enjoyed our stay tremendously beautiful. Bathroom and bed felt great.
• We self-parked and location. Was inconvenient to hotel. We will valet park next visit if staying at same hotel.

• Price of parking.

“The staff of the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel is convenient to great restaurants and shopping. The only real can I say for the hotel is that the parking was a little expensive. All in all, we had a great experience, would recommend the hotel to others, and would definitely stay there again.”

• Japanese garden and the exercise room.
• Restaurant food was really good service not so good, it took way to long to get the food to our table.

“Would highly recommend this hotel. Not sure why the food took so long to get to our table. The restaurant was not crowded at the time we ordered.”

• Hotel was very upscale and the bed was incredible.
• Parking fee was through the roof.

“This hotel was everything you'd expect of a 4 star. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Also had an excellent view of the city. Close to most major attractions in Atlanta.”

• It was a beautiful Hotel. Service was wonderful. It was extremely nice!
• There wasn't anything I didn't like.

It was definitely the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were spacious, so were the bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was immaculate. Everything about this hotel was wonderful.”
