• Location.
• Smoke smell very strong and I am a smoker.

“Hotel was ok for price, but the smell on the 3rd floor was so nasty I am a smoker and
I did not need to smoke due to the
very strong odor of smoke also was woke uo at 5:15am by fire alarms and had to leave building (false alarm).”

• The kitchenette was great. The choice of saving by cooking my own food is nice.
• An iron, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, silverware and bars of soap. But, no shampoo? Strange!

“A few miles away from I275. From 10 to 20 minutes away from Kings Island depending on traffic. Gas station right next door. Incredibly friendly staff! Location was not super convenient. But, I'm fine with that because of the great service and price.”

• I liked having the kitchenette to make breakfast the next morning.
• I would have preferred that it had a pool.

“This is a nice hotel overall, great for long term guests who need a kitchen area to cook with, in every room. The room size is adequate and they offer cable movie channels. Overall a good experience.”

• The front desk agent was very pleasant. He was very prompt with correcting my phone connection problem.
• The bed was hard.
