  • It's a different hotel than normal, public spaces are unique, rooms have character.
  • They have an entire smoking floor. Parking is ridiculous. Lobby doubles as bar area.

“This hotel is a fun place to stay for the young trendy crowd. I do not see it being much of a family place. They offer valet parking for $28 a day or you can park in the garage next door and spend an extra 30 minutes of your life trying to find the door back to the hotel. They actually have an entire floor of smoking rooms and they stuck us in one for our first night, even with an appointment, the next morning, with their events manager regarding potential use of their meeting space, appalling.”

  • Location is the best in Atlanta.
  • Crass commercialism & blatant product promotionalism.

“The rooms are decorated. Very luxurious but flamboyant. The service personnel are excellent. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom. I really hated all the overpriced products displayed on a bookshelf in the room. It was like being in a Neiman-Marcus store. The coolest feature are the mats in the elevators that are changed out 3 times a day to greet you with Good Morning, Good Evening, and Good Night!”

  • Very trendy and a popular spot for the young crowd.
  • It was difficult to find fine dining within walking distance.

“We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The lobby is a place for entertainment with music and bar for the young crowd.”

  • Nicely updated.
  • No longer has agreement with attached garage - $11 every time you come or go by car!

“Hotel has had a great face lift.”

  • Nice room.
  • Had to pay for internet.

“The room was above average; however the Sheraton chain seems to nickel and dime you for everything--internet charge, parking, etc. It's a little annoying for a hotel of this level.”

  • The lobby was nice and there was a food court.
  • The carpet in the rooms and the halls were dirty and our 2 rooms smelled of smoke.

“This was a disgrace to the Sheraton hotel chain. The hotel was dirty and the rooms were in dire need of remodeling. The walls are thin and the ac was noisy. Our first room smelled smoky so they moved us to another room. However, it smelled smoky also. That's because the 14th floor is above the smoking floor. The beds were very comfortable though.”

  • Convenient location, staff very friendly and helpful.
  • I was told that the parking was complimentary but had to pay $16.00 for parking.

“Every thing was fine except for the parking issue. I thought the parking should have been included in the rate. I paid $16.00 for parking and then was told by the parking attendant that since I did not move my car during my stay that it should have only cost me $6.00. The staff should have told me that!”

  • Rooms are nice.
  • Service is mediocre; public areas worn and dirty.

“The rooms are very nice and clean and comfortable. Everything goes downhill from there. The place is dirty and worn out; the restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food, and would be a deterrent for staying there if not for the access to other good restaurants in colony square that is attached to the hotel. Customer service is non-existent. There are always complaining customers at the front desk. Valet parking is a joke as you have to pick up your car in the same location as if you parked it yourself - don't bother paying the higher price, it's not worth it. None of my 3 requests for maintenance were responded to. Other than the room, this place doesn't deserve its star rating.”

  • The majority of the Staff was very friendly and eager to please.

“Our stay was pleasant. The Valet Staff was probably the most helpful during our stay. They were knowledgeable of the area and the features that the Hotel had to offer.”

  • Location was very good, and plenty of food options nearby.
  • $16/day parking fee.

“Large reception area, rooms were fairly spacious. Garage does not have very good directions telling you where to park. We kept having to enter through the shopping area instead of the hotel entrances. Room was clean, and the location is excellent to go to anything in downtown, midtown and buck head.”
