“If you don't plan to spend a lot of time enjoying your hotel room this was good. Walk able distance to aquarium and park, stores, train and eateries all around the area. Basic rooms are clean and nicely decorated, but very small, bathrooms are small, you have a door, but there's not much privacy as walls and door are thin. Nice flat screens and easy access to the internet.”

“This hotel was very conveniently located if you have business downtown. The staff, from valet to front desk was very helpful and friendly and though were unable to get the room type we requested, every effort was made to accommodate us. It was very clean and well appointed. The hotel was overrun with teenagers there for a conference but we didn't hear a sound at night. It was very quiet and peaceful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.”

“I liked the hotel. For this particular trip, it was for fun, but sometimes I go on business and would not like to have to share a bed with a co-worker.”

“The only helpful person that we found behind the front desk to help us was Derek. I will say that the parking attendants were very helpful in getting our car in and out.”

“The hotel was very convenient and everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were not comfortable at all. Didn't sleep at all the 1st night.”

“Found the hotel to be in a great location. It's close to Downtown attractions and has a Marta Station right there. Rooms were rather small but very clean and fresh. Employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others.”

“First class, well managed hotel. Stylish and clean with a great gym and nice pool area. Hyatt knows what they are doing at this property.”

“Entering the lobby of this hotel almost takes your breath away with beautiful glassed-in elevators flowing up and down. Your check-in is easy, personal and friendly. Your room clean and the bed and bedding inviting. Information is available from all staff sources. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient to public transportation (MARTA) and within easy walking distance to other restaurants and places of interest, i.e., Centennial Park, CNN Building, World of Coke, Atlanta Aquarium, Civic Center, etc. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again in the near future.”

“It is convenient to MARTA, a mall, and the Aquarium and Coke-cola museum. I especially used the 24 hour snack bar that had healthy drinks, sandwiches, and yogurt parfaits. The down comforter was very unexpected and very comfortable.”

“I stayed in an un-renovated room, and seem to have been located immediately above a loading dock. The room stunk and I barely got any sleep. I might as well have been in the middle of Manhattan with all the windows open - that's how noisy it was. Although the staff was truly wonderful, I will not stay at the Hyatt again. I stayed at the omni my last trip to Atlanta, and there is absolutely no comparison - the omni is far superior.”

“Overall this was a good stay. Valet lost our keys and made us late for some events. Other than this I would recommend this hotel as well as visit again.”

“It is a good quality hotel in appearance and service. However, the quality of the room itself could use a little improvement. The room and bathroom was smaller than expected and the bed was not as comfortable as it looked. Nor was it as big as it was supposed to be. It isn't the same size as my standard king size bed at home. Maybe its a commercial king.”

“Everything was great about the hotel except for the bed itself, which is one of the most important things. There was no fitted sheet, and the sheets were so rough. The sheets almost felt sandy.”

“The bathroom had a lot of blond hair on the floor and on the face towels. I asked for a rollaway bed to be brought up and two different desk clerks said ok, it is on it's way and I never received it. The next day I called and the new clerk said we don't allow roll- away beds in that type of room. I was hot at that point, if two different staff members told me that they were going to get me a bed then that is what I expect to happen. If they had said from the start we do not allow roll-away beds in that type of room I would have been like ok, but that was not what I was told and the clerk I spoke to the next day was rude and unapologetic about the whole situation.”

“The hotel was nice enough. Very clean. Nicely decorated. But parking was expensive ($24/day plus tips) which for us, we came and went several times in a day, so, added up and made it not such a cheap way to go. I expected either a king or 2 queens but only got one queen sized bed for one adult and 2 kids (ages 9 and 12) made it very crowded. We stayed there in 2007 and had a much better experience.”

“The Hyatt Regency is an older hotel in Atlanta; I expected something more run down. The rooms were updated and well appointed. I did not eat there but so I cannot speak for the restaurants but room service for morning was excellent. I have stayed at better hotels in Atlanta but for the value none better.”
