The Residence Inn Atlanta-Downtown is a conversion property built in 1928. The hotel has 20 floors with 160 suites consisting of studios, one-bedrooms, studio petites and 2 two-bedrooms. Most rooms have queen beds some come with sofa beds, however majority have living and kitchen areas. We have perfected the extended-stay experience by combining all of the comforts of home with our passion for making our guests feel welcome.

Very helpful staff, great breakfast in the morning, updated renovation looked great.

“Very clean updated look. Staff is kind and extremely helpful. There are scheduled events that hotel customers can take part in. Great location downtown. Great place to stay, plenty of space in the rooms. Nice couches, chairs and appliances.”

Location, and the price of room.
No facilities like pool, restaurant, and the bar.

“For a suite/extended stay hotel it is just fine. Location is great, right in heart of the city. I would have like an onsite bar as well as a balcony for the room. Also a pool / hot tub. Otherwise everything was just fine.”

Convenience to all things downtown ATL has to offer.
Banging of pipes when showers ran, real issue.

“I loved the convenience of this hotel, the staff were extra super friendly and helpful. However, the pipes banged like a jackhammer every time someone took a shower. This made for an odd morning waking up before we wanted to. The free breakfast was great!”

No smoking.

“Hotel was nice and comfortable, but in a less traveled part of downtown where I did not feel 100% safe walking.”

Convenient, and friendly.
There's not more like it.

“Traveling with my wife and 7 month old daughter, the hotel made life easy. The location is right in the middle of everything, and the room was just what we needed. My wife was worried about having to wash bottles but by her surprise they had a dishwasher in the room. Like I told the front desk, "I want stay at another hotel when I'm in Atlanta.”
