“We checked in on a weekend night. Took about 2 minutes for everything even though it was crowded. Very fast. All the staff were working hard. We got ready to go out to dinner (reservations made via the free in-room wireless), and called the front desk for a cab. Headed out (the cab got there in seconds) for a great night. Got back to the hotel, and hoped in the elevator to get some ice, and that's where the fun started. On the way back up, the elevator stopped. I called the front desk on the phone, and they said they'd have someone take a look. We waited. We waited some more. I figured it would take some time to get an elevator geek on the phone at 1AM, but after about 15 minutes, I pushed the door open, and we crawled out onto our floor. We went to the front desk to tell them we were no longer stuck, and they just said, "Oh, ok; so it was just moving slowly?" "No," I replied, "I forced the door open" "ok." Oh well, we made it out, and it wasn't worth complaining about any more. Their lack of concern was the only time I had a problem with the front desk. Check-out was easy, and my car was brought around quickly (valet parking only). I'd stay again, but I'll take the stairs next time.”

“We had a great stay at the hotel. It was better than I expected, especially for the price! Great view of the courtyard from our room. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast! Very good air conditioning. Oh and Dave Matthews Band rocked! It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

“I would not recommend this hotel. It was old and ragged. It was hard to find. Spend just a little more money you can do a lot better!”

“Great location in easy walking distance to down town and Marta. Great service nothing fancy just good functionality with every thing you would need included including free Wi-Fi business travelers dream location and services.”

“Parking is in the basement and very secure, but costs $15 per day. Room air conditioning is excellent. Cable TV is limited - old, typical hotel cat subscription type. Manager reception is 5-6 pm and the bar is well stocked.”

“It was absolutely a great stay, even though when we first arrived, they thought we were not coming and gave our room up, even though prior to that I had called to confirm we were going to be coming in late out of state and she said they would make not of that, but the gentleman that was there that night got everything squared away for us and was very apologetic. Was very nice service and very professional-like. We would definitely consider staying there again.”
