“Great for European style backpackers or other travelers without a vehicle since this Days Inn charges an additional unadvertised $15 per day for vehicle parking.”

“I check in before the busy day 3 day ago, when I arrived at morning storage luggage, the front counter told me I can have two bed room. When afternoon check in, the manager gave me a very worse room. The room telephone is broken, bulb of lamp is broken, and television is signal bad not clear. I go back to front counter and listen the checking people, many of them is two bed rooms. Even second day and third day also may person got 2 bed rooms and the counter keep tell me no two bed rooms.”

“Staff very customer oriented and friendly. Quick response time for remedying situations. Excellent location -- only 3 blocks from Peachtree center Marta (subway) station; America smart, aquarium, new coca cola museum. Restaurant open 24 hours; good quality food and selection; large portions.”

“I picked this hotel based on price and location. Next time I will pay more to stay in a higher rated hotel. The carpet and wallpaper at this hotel showed a lot of wear. Plus the room smelled musty and old. On the second night of my stay, an SUV pulled up into the parking lot at 4 AM playing music so loud that my fourth floor window shook. He stayed there for half an hour. The police should have been called. If my room had not been prepaid, I would have check out.”

“The hotel is fine for a short stay for business or leisure. I was beyond disappointed at the fact that it cost $15 to park my vehicle there for literally a few hours while I slept. I paid $50 for the hotel and had no idea, it would be $15 more simply to park a car. I will never stay at this hotel again.”

“Our stay was brief, but everything went well. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was understaffed, but other than that, our expectations were met.”

“Great location-Only One and half blocks away from Peachtree Center MARTA Station and Olympic Park. However: beds were very hard, few cable channels on TV, and lack of security in parking lot. Staff did nothing to assist in clean-up after 9 cars were broken into. Hotel did take off the $15 daily parking fee.”

“This hotel was no frills. None. No cable, no breakfast, shampoo but no conditioner, etc. Parking is extremely expensive. The staff were pleasant, but in general it looked/smelled dirty and run down. For the rate I got, it was acceptable. I would not pay "good money" to stay there.”

“When I called, the hotel told me they are less than one block from the MARTA. They are actually 3-4 blocks depending on the route chosen. The hotel is in the same area as nicer chains, but is in no way comparable. Hotel was overrun with high school students who ran through the halls and slammed doors all night. Hotel lists 5 restaurants on their website when they only have two (one of which is a bar/lounge which was not open). Not sure where the two others are and the 5th (the Varsity) is several blocks away by train. We did not get the free newspaper (even though we arrived on a weekday) and our TV reception was fair at best. Some channels advertised didn't come in, and the picture was fuzzy on all channels- as if they have "split" one cable line to go to several rooms.”

“The Days Inn Downtown Atlanta is an economy-priced hotel with all the bases covered. It is a regular stop on the Link transportation schedule from the airport. It has its own taxi stand. All rooms have wireless Internet access. The restaurant is open 24 hours, Tie is an awesome and friendly waitress, and the gift shop is well-stocked, from postcards and toothpaste.”

“The hotel was located close to the conference, and the room was inexpensive. However, the room had cockroaches and the bathtub backed up. I did not complain to the hotel staff about the cockroaches or bathtub, so I don't know how the staff would handle this situation. Also, the hotel had booked me in a one bed smoking room although they switched the room to a two bed non-smoking room.”
