“Convienent location for Peidmont Park visitors (a pleasent 30 min walk). Clean, modern, comfortable bed and pillow. Parkin cost was $10/day.”

“The hotel is nice enough, but I don't think it quite rises to the star level advertise. The hallways amplified voices and it was easy to hear people's conversations in the hall while I was in the room. The construction of the building seems very budget but the bathroom was nice and the room was average. In-Room Internet access should be free, not a profit center for the hotel even Econo Lodge offers free wireless Internet.”

“Tthe front desk was very rude when I called because the TV was not working. Too loud - housekeeping stood in the hall cackling at 8 am.”

“The desk clerk had bad communication skills and was confusing and rude to everyone he dealt with. When we finally reached our room, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for business travel. The lone desk clerk was apparently having a bad night..”

“Very clean and quiet. Rate was reasonable and parking was only $10. Restaurants and entertainment nearby. Doorman was very friendly, those at desk were not. Seemed bored to help and made no effort to treat us like guests. When asking questions "where can we get some aspirin?" it seemed like we were imposing.”

“The hotel is attractive and clean. I was under the impression that it was very close to a public transportation station, It was a rather lengthy walk. The location is fair, but I arrived on a Sunday evening and all the restaurants in walking distance were closed except for 1 fast food place and I did not feel safe walking to it. The lobby is pretty and they offered chilled water with sliced fruit, but the desk attendant was little help if any and not able to give directions.”

“I felt the Georgia Tech Hotel was worth the money. This was my second stay in the last year and I'd go back again. The front desk is very helpful. We were lost on arrival and they knew exactly where we were and saved us.”

“The hotel is clean, and centrally located. The bathroom amenities are nice. The parking garage is very expensive, and there is no other parking available. The staff failed to ask for a credit card upon check-in for incidentals and locked me out of my room after ordering room service without ever calling for a card, or sending a bill, or any kind of warning. Even after I gave them a card to keep on file it took 45 minutes before security would unlock my room. The hotel staff offered their half hearted apologies for the mistake, but I was still late for my sister's wedding. It was a miserable stay, and I would not recommend the hotel.”

“I was expecting a little more amenities in the room for the price. There was just the average shampoo, conditioner and lotion. No toothpaste, sewing kit or other little things I would have expected from paying so much in Atlanta.”

“When talking with hotel staff about this they were very rude and would not honor this. Also other hotel staff were very rude in the parking garage and would not make change for one of my business associates which caused great delays and he was told to go down the block to make change rather that getting assistance from the hotel. Even the hotel front desk management was very rude when we spoke with them about this. Overall, this hotel was very poor class and I would never recommend anyone stay here. Too many hassles, wrong information, and rude unfriendly staff. Very poor customer service!”

“Notice the 2" gap under the entry door, I placed a rolled up towel in that space which helped considerably. I found the staff very helpful and almost too chatty. I read many remarks about a $10.00 fee to park. I travel 'often' and have paid as much as $35.00/night in Boston, no complaints from me. If you inquire at the desk you can purchase a pass and do 'not' have to have a pocket full of bills. Internet services as well can be purchased online per package at a considerable less charge than at the front desk. The rooms 'are' cheap but very clean and a very nice comfortable size. No complaints, I enjoyed my stay and there were plenty of places within walking distance to get a bite to eat, fast food and other. I was fine with this hotel, it's not the Lenox in Boston but you will be very comfortable.”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations - it was more like a 4 star rather than a 3 star. I came with my husband, and had other friends staying in 2 other rooms at the hotel. We were in town for New Years festivities and had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. From right when we walked in the door to check in, I was greeted by the concierge. Check in was a breeze, and the front desk woman went out of her way to make sure that my friends were on the same floor as my room. When I got in the room, I was very impressed with the cleanliness, size, and amenities that were included (I am a brand-Name shopper, and was impressed with the Rusk hair/body products in a 3 star hotel!) Everything was more like a 4 star hotel, it was great! When it came time to get a taxi to our New Years party in downtown Atlanta, I called the concierge and he was very helpful in ensuring that we would have a taxi. The only thing that I would change is making internet services free of charge (given that this is a business oriented hotel). .”

“The bad: check in took 3 clerks 15 min and I was the only one there. Bellman was not helpful, very difficult to get a cab. Room service and guest services person on phone was rude. Quality of room service food was poor. Lighting in hotel room was poor. The good: public areas and pool/gym are great. Very fast free internet. Oversized rooms with temperpidic beds. Everything looked new and was spotless.”
