• This hotel was in a convenient location with excellent staff.
• Even though there was a restaurant, I expected a continental breakfast included. Also, access to the parking deck was not very convenient.

“This is a good upscale hotel. It is in an ideal location of downtown Atlanta.”

• This hotel had the best staff out of any hotel I have ever stayed!
• From the outside the hotel looks old and a little runs down.

“The staff of this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful swimming pool and atrium.”

• The hotel was very clean and convenient inside.
• The parking I did not like.

“The overall stay at the hotel was nice inside. The room had a great view and very comfortable. The one thing I did not like was the parking arrangement. The hotel had a parking deck but you had to walk down a tunnel to get into the hotel. I did not feel safe about this. The parking desk was not connect to the inside of the hotel.”

• The bed was amazingly comfortable.
• It was a non-smoking room but the room smelled like cigarette.

“It was a nice hotel, easy to find from the airport. Really comfortable bed, clean and friendly staff. Would recommend to families or one-night travelers.”

• The price and the location.
• Having to pay 18.00 per day for parking.

“The stall is excellent but the prices and the charges for amenities is high. I did not care for the parking arrangement. Overall the hotel would be great for the average business traveler.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• There is no business center and no free internet of any kind.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the self-parking because the front desk did not tell me I could use my key to access the garage, but this was quickly and happily resolved with the night auditor. The biggest downside to this hotel: no free internet, wireless or otherwise. Wireless cost $10 a day. There is also no business center. There is a satisfactory fitness center, but I just drove to the local branch of my gym instead. It is close to several decent Atlanta attractions, and not too perilous a walk to them. I wouldn't stay there again.”

• I liked the location. It was Downtown Atlanta I liked that.
• I had to pay for parking in the hotels garage.

• The hotel was great I just wish I had more time to check out the pool.
• The only problem I had was that we had 2 beds instead of the king I requested.

“The hotel was great. My feeling is that I didn't get my king room because I checked in late and someone else got my requested room. Other than that I was very pleased with the hotel.”

“Overall, a nice hotel, but it was a journey to get to the hotel lobby from the parking garage. The room was very comfortable, and the pool and Jacuzzi were nice.”

• Rooms need renovating.

“The hotel was nice overall. The hotel lobby, atrium, fitness center, business center and restaurants were nicely decorated. The rooms themselves need remodeling to keep u with the rest of the hotel.”

• Slow service. Expensive parking.

“Ok hotel. Overpriced parking. Overpriced food with only average taste. Service was very slow. Peep hole was not in door. Took about an hour to have repaired. Probably would stay elsewhere next time.”

• It was very hard to understand accent.

“It was a great hotel. They put new toiletries in the bathroom each morning as well as bottled water which was a cheap but thoughtful gesture. I usually get ready to take my medicine at night and have to find a vending machine to avoid drinking Luke warm tap water.”

• The restaurant & staff.
• The hotel was very outdated. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. More like a best western.

“This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Does not deserve the Sheraton name. More like a Days Inn or Best Western. The room was very outdated & I was disappointed. I was not suggest this hotel to any of my friends or family & I would not stay here again no matter the circumstances. The bathroom was disgusting. You couldn't even raise your arm while showering because the ceilings were so short & I am only 5'3'' so I am sure this is an issue for a man also. Just beware of this hotel!”
