• No water in pool; no airconditing in halls or elevators.

• The location is great.
• The interior needs updating. It is rather dated.

“The location is great relative to downtown Atlanta. The interior furnishings are rather dated. Finally, the staff needs to dress more professional.

• Location to Turner Field.
• It was very run down and smelled like mildew.

“I would never stay there again, I would go with Holiday Inn on Capital Ave. A little longer walk to Turner Field, but much more clean! This hotel was very unclean and smelled like mildew throughout the room. The pool was green.”

• Located downtown, near Ballpark, city nightlife and attractions.
• Sold parking spaces for guests to ballgame attendees.

“The hotel was lovely, but parking was a problem as the hotel manager was selling the venues parking spaces off to people attending the Braves game. This made it not only difficult to park, but also hard to unload and get our belongings to our room.”

• Very convenient to Turner Field. Excellent staff and service.
• The pool has been out of order for two years.

“We have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions over the last several years. They have kept the hotel renovated, always clean. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers and maintenance people, have always acted very professional and friendly. We will continue to use this hotel for years to come.”

• Nothing.
• Price, cleanliness, TV broken, all ice machines broken, green pool.

“Pool was literally algae, filed with frogs. Breakfast buffet was out of almost everything. Every ice machine had "out of order" sign. Cable did not work, only one fuzzy local channel. Carpet in hallways and lobby smelled of mildew. Had to pick up beer bottles in parking lot to move my car to leave in morning. To check out, had to wait in line of guests at front desk with various complaints.”

• I really liked the personal contact that we received from the employees.
• The only thing that I didn't like was the pool was not in a usable condition.

• The staff and the few people I met where all friendly.
• The rooms could have been better and there were other things in the room that could have been better.

“Overall the hotel was nice the only things that could be improved was the fact there was only one trash can, the shower curtain was not water replant therefore, water got all on the floor and I had to clean it up. Another thing they could consider is wireless internet I tried to use my laptop for work and could not. The hotel in general was nice and the staff was very nice and friendly.”

• The actual hotel rooms were nice and up to date.
• I can't, I'd need more than 20 words to describe how horrible this hotel was.

“We paid $10 for parking when there were no more spaces. The staff was very unpleasant, the hallways and elevators were trashy (the room numbers were taped-up pieces of paper). You had to pay for almost everything on the television to watch it, or even to listen to music. Overall, I will never stay there again.”
