• The full kitchen was nice, the pool looked nice (Did not get to use), room was really clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• It was kind of hard to find (hidden behind a restaurant).

“It was a very nice hotel. Very clean and quiet, especially since it allowed pets (no noise or smells), the full kitchen in the room was a nice bonus. The rooms are huge! Not your typical sized room. The staff was very helpful; we are not from the area but he gave us directions and told us about the area. Overall, it's a very nice hotel; would def. stay here again.”

• Women at desk was the best! She even offered to help the older couple that checked in before me with their bags upstairs.
• TV
  was small but that is ok.

• It was convenient.
• Dirty.

“When I arrived, the front desk clerk was on her smoke break and I had to wait until she finished for her to help me. I had a room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed had crumbs on it and the sheets were not clean. The tub was completely clogged and the front desk clerk had to fix it that morning. The carpet, near the bed, was not vacuumed and the toilet made a loud whistling noise every time we flushed it.”

• Bad maintenance. The bed sheets, blankets are not fresh.

• No continental breakfast, no cots/extra beds/pillows.

“The room was filthy. Everything we wiped was so dirty. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. The fridge was dirty. The floors made our feet black.”

• It had a kitchen.
• It was dirty.

“This hotel experience started with me waiting 10 minutes while the attendant was outside smoking and talking on her cell phone. Then after getting into our room it became much worse. The area around the couch was dirty and appeared to not be vacuumed in some time. The refrigerator had ice in it that had been there for who knows how long. The beds were very uncomfortable.”

• It had a stove, a fridge, and a toaster that worked.
• Dirty rooms and linens, rock hard beds, poor service, no toiletries, no breakfast, noisy outside, many more.

“Horrible! Crusted pizza, stain on the towels hanging on the rack for the first day we were there - what a greeting! Would have had the same stay as a cheap city motel!”

• Staff was very friendly, good price.
• We had three people per room/one bed.

“We had three people per room but this location only had rooms with one bed. Luckily after several hours they were able to locate two rooms two floors apart that had sofas in them for us. Staff was very friendly.”

• Room was a smokers room.

“Faucet leaks in kitchen, refrigerator made a clinking noise when it stopped. I did not ask for a non smoking and had a head ache all weekend.”

“With a few updates, this could be a very nice hotel. New carpet throughout the property and new TVs in the rooms would make a big difference.”

• Bugs on the floor and bed, broken closet door, carpet unclean.

“For the price, the room was good sized with a kitchen including a microwave and refrigerator. However, the room did have bugs and spiders on the floor and the bed. The carpet was unclean, the closet door was completely broken. Everything was functional but too old run-down condition.”

• Hotel was exceptionally clean fairly well maintains.
• Was not expecting much as it was a 1 star.

“I have stayed at an Extended Stay before so knew what to expect. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Not a place for those expecting a lot of amenities. A very good value.”

• Close to major freeways.
• Poor maintenance.

“Stayed at this Hotel many times. Problem if you forget something in room and checked out. Even if you call them within an hour of check out, answer you get is they didn't find any and I think it's not fair.”
