• Our room was too close to the elevator, we heard other guest all night long.

“This hotel was nice just make sure you get a room far away from the elevator.”

• I liked the area of hotel. It was in walking distance of Centennial Olympic park, and CNN.
• I disliked the vehicle entrance of hotel. Valet parking was not fast enough for the crowd that was constant in and out of hotel.

• the Decor and not alot of distraction and noise
• Some of the staff made me lose confidence in business.

“The hotel did not provide the accomadations the website for Holiday Inn advertised. Like micorwaves and mini fridges were suppose to be available in the room unless it was a suite.”

• Close to the Hospital I had to go to.
• Kids and Adults running in the hall.

“No free parking, Pay TV, charge for local calls, even at the 6th floor high level outside noise. It may have had 4 star rooms but ours was a 2 at best.”

• The HVAC fan controls would not allow just the fan to run with out AC.

• Loud, Confining, Small Rooms, Small Beds, Lack of caring wait staff in resturant

• Location - in the heart of Atlanta.

“Absolutely rude customer service, from the moment we walked in. We arrived about 10-15 minutes before check-in to be told by the front desk person that our room would not be available at 3. She looked at the computer with this dumb look like she didnt know what she was doing. Once we finally got in the room, being the observant person that I am, I look on the bed and find stains on the sheets, so I immediately go out to the hallway to look for a housekeeping staff who says it wasnt one of the rooms she cleaned, instead of just cleaning she waited about 10 minutes. Next, throughout the stay we noticed that the doors have a loud slamming noise every time your neighbor leaves their room. Finally, the highlight of the entire stay here was the surprise $20 a day fee no one told us at check in would be a part of our stay, so we found out about it at check two days later (that is their way of getting more money out of their guest). I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!”

“This is a convenient hotel for the World Congress Center and dome. When I bid $50 I'd rather have a 2.5 star with free parking than a 3 star with $20 parking!”

• Location. It's close to so many attractions and a couple blocks from Peachtree.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was great for the price. Less than half of what I would've paid to stay at the hotel where my conference was being held. The staff was very friendly and helpful - the room was comfortable. It's not the Ritz, but just a few blocks away.”

• Convenient downtown location.
• Rooms on the small side.

“Holiday Inn's location could hardly be handier. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. I'd have liked a refrigerator in-room, but otherwise my every expectation was met. The Priceline was a wonderful value.”
