• Free Wi-Fi and free continental breakfast.
• Not to far away from a remodel.

“Can't beat the price. Excellent value, great services, and super fast Wi-Fi. Well worth it for the budget oriented. I would definitely go again.”

• Friendly front desk clerk. Excellent continental breakfast.
• Older hotel in need of remodeling.

“A decent hotel that met my expectations. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was satisfying. Room was in need of remodeling but cleans (except for the Coors Light can from a previous guest that resided under the desk the 3 nights I stayed). All-in-all a good experience.”

• The wireless was free and so was the breakfast.
• The staff didn't clean the room everyday, soap and shampoo sub par.

“It's ok if you need to travel on the cheap and just need a decent place to stay. Not spectacular but free breakfast and wifi was nice.”

• They were easy to find.
• The people were rude when asked questions.

“They were easy to find but were very rude when asking for directions to Kings Island. They advertise how close they are to Kings Island and then are rude if you ask them how to get there. They were very rude when asked for a few extra towels to shower with. And give you awake up call at 6 in the morning of the day you are to check out and then tell you they never sent one to your room when asked.”

• It was fairly clean and conveniently located!
• It really wasn't bad. The room was fairly clean, the beds are old, but comfortable.

“The hotel is fairly clean. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The rooms, while old and in need of some remodeling, are large and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and close to shopping and the freeway. All and all is a decent hotel for the money.”

• It was a good location to Kings Island.
• Our room was not ready. We arrived at 8:00 pm!

“Although the hotel was in a convenient location, and the desk clerk was friendly enough, our room wasn't ready when we arrived after 8:00pm. We had to wait for over an hour for someone to clean it. Once it was cleaned, they forgot to tell us for another 10 minutes. The room was adequate but did feel clean or fresh. I couldn't recommend this to someone else.”

• I didn't like the owner. He was very unfriendly and impersonal.

“I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. First of all it was not very friendly staff, including the owner. I brought my dog along as animals were welcome. When I got to the hotel I went in to check in and was not told there would be a charge for my dog. Upon a friend walking my dog the owner called and was very rude and nasty about letting me know there was a charge for the dog. If I were told that in the beginning I would not have had a problem with paying for the dog. Once I called up to the front to tell the attendant that I would take care of the charge in the morning the owner was very rude and curt. The room was not well groomed and the wallpaper was coming off the wall and there were signs of possible mold at one time or another. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would never stay at this hotel ever again.”
