“I don't know an issue with the hotel. I was staying in the hotel overnight and then flying out of town for a week. I was told I could not leave my car at the hotel since I reserved my room through and hadn't chosen the Park and Fly rate. Then, when I received my receipt, it had a $0 balance, but no indication of how much I had paid. When asked if I could have a receipt with an amount. Just a week prior, I had made a reservation at a different hotel and did receive a receipt with an amount, and did not feel like I was a second class citizen.”

“I generally enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. I did have a problem with a taxi that they called for me. The driver did not use a meter, and then charged me $17 for an 5 minute ride. Another taxi driver I met later explained that sometimes hotel staff get kickbacks for calling certain companies that gouge customers. I don't know for sure if this was the case.”
