  • The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous
  • They don't have enough elevators

  • Huge room close to Airport.

“Wonderful hotel. Modern atmosphere and very nice rooms. It had a breakfast buffet for purchase that was very convenient. Will stay again when in Atlanta.”

  • There is a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport
  • Other than the hotel restaurant, there are limited eating options

“I generally enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. I did have a problem with a taxi that they called for me. The driver did not use a meter, and then charged me $17 for an 5 minute ride. Another taxi driver I met later explained that sometimes hotel staff get kickbacks for calling certain companies that gouge customers. I don't know for sure if this was the case.”

  • Everyone was very friendly.
  • We asked for an extra blanket-- they said they would bring one, but they never did. My sister was cold.

  • The wonderful southern charm, and friendliness was evident among the staff.
  • Extra pillows should always be available in the closet. (Somethings you should never have to ask for.)

“For a two star hotel it was elegantly decorated. The room was spacious, clean and quite comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff approachable and friendly. It is conveniently located close to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to any one in transit or on business in the local area.”

  • The staff is most accomodating and friendly. These folks actually like their jobs & it shows!
  • The pillows - - - they are very lumpy foam ones.

“I was very pleased with my stay. I found all of Atlanta to be very warm and gracious, beginning with the hotel staff. I certainly can understand why so many people relocate here, and Courtyard by Marriott continues to be one of my top choices for hotels.”
