• Good location, pretty and nice elevators.
• Pay for WiFi and parking.

“The hotel was very nice, clean and reasonably up to date. The walls were thick enough to block noise from other rooms, but noise from the hall was pretty bad. The staff was friendly.”

• We could see the firworks from our room. We were at the end of the hall and it was quiet.
• There were so many people that it was like a circus. The parking was $28 dollars a day.

“Hotel was convenient to market center. There was not fridge in the room and no soda machine on the floors.”

• Convenient location, and great view.
• Staff was a bit snobby.

“The Hilton Atlanta was very nice - clean, comfortable and right down town. We got an excellent price on Priceline, but found out when we arrived that they only offered valet parking - for $28/night! We ended up parking at a public garage down the street for $5/weekend.”

• Across from conference center.
• Under redevelopment.

“Hilton isn't the fanciest of the business hotels, but for the money, this was fine. The room had been recently redecorated and had no refrigerator but was elegant. The main entrance is under renovation but this should be done soon and didn't bother me much. The staff was helpful. The pool is typical Hilton oddly shaped but refreshing.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved the customer service.
• Parking. I didn't like being forced to use valet because my vehicle was to large to fit in the parking garage.

“Customer service at this hotel was top notch. If you stood still for more than a moment, someone would stop and see if you needed anything. The hotel will be beautiful when the renovations are complete. The walk bridge to the Marriott Marquie and the Mall at Peachtree Center was very convenient and kept us out of downtown traffic.”

• The staff was amazingly responsive and helpful. I would stay here again for the staff alone.
• The gym was much tiny, however, the hotel was going through renovations.

“My trip started off poorly with the airline losing my carry-on, however, the hotel staff was so very good to me that it was not a total disaster. I was constantly bothering the staff until 1 in the morning checking to see if my luggage had been delivered, and they were more than patient and kind to me even at 1 in the morning. The room was beautifully decorated with an urban, modern decor and was extremely clean.”

• Good room service, nice clean rooms.

“The furry convention occurred during our stay, unfortunately for us. They were very loud throughout the day and night making sleep difficult, we waited for 30 minutes for an elevator because furry kids/adults were just riding it up and down. We waited 30 minutes to check in, and 30 minutes in the lobby for a coke all because of these rowdy furry guests.”

• The staff was helpful for the most part, and it was convenient.

“Our stay was pleasant, except that one staff member stole my wife's wallet. That's not what you'd expect at a nice hotel. There were 4 credit cards; 2 were canceled very quickly but two of them racked up immediately and we don't know how much of that we'll be liable for, so it was a very expensive 3 days for us. Plus we now have to get her a new driver's license, various IDs, etc., so it's a huge time sink and worry generator.”

• Comfortable environment, felt very safe.
• The construction all over.

“Under construction all over but it was still a great hotel. Bed size in double rooms are full. Rooms are spacious but could use a refrigerator or a mini bar. Very clean nice view enjoyed staying her will return next year.”

• Clean, get bed, nice furnishings and
  good food.
• Big renovation going on, view of construction on property.

“Good service, nice room, great TV and bed. Got a tough time getting to and from the parking garage due to renovation and proximity to the hotel and cost an extra $17.00 for the parking space. Should have been free due to the inconveniences.”

• The view was the only thing.
• Everything in the room was out dated and nasty. It did not seem that I was in Hilton.

“We went to dine at the hotel and the food was nothing like it was decribed in the menu not even the ingredients. Then we went to the room. It smell very bad and very out dated then in the bathroom had no clean towel had no bathtub and it stink because the drainage net was in the middle of the bathroom. I am very dissapointed.”
