• Comfy beds.
• Being near the elevator.

“Nice hotel but the windows are not sound proof and the first room we were in smelled very bad of smoke, had to move next to the elevator, a lot of people leave at 3 am.”

• How big and roomy the rooms were.
• Nothing.

“This hotel afforded us a very pleasant night away from home. The hotel staff at check-in was amazing. She was so welcoming and asked about our reason for staying. She offered to get us a cab when we told her we were attending a concert nearby and mentioned other hotel amenities to make our stay enjoyable.”

• I love the large rooms and the separate living area. The large flat screen tv was nice. It was convenient to have a fridge in the room.

“This hotel has a great location minutes from the airport with a free shuttle. The rooms were spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for the business traveler or if you need a hotel close to the airport.”

• I liked how big the rooms were.
• The hotel staff was not at all helpful.

“We had our hands completly full and with three children all below the ages of 5, we were even struggling and dropping things right in front of the staff, not once did the staff of two males offer to help my husband and I with the pack and play crib we had requested for our baby. They just handed it to us and watched us struggle to get everything to the elevator. It would've been nice to have had a little more help from the staff especially if this is supposed to be a 3 star hotel!”

• Housekeeping was late - 4:30 pm.

“Very friendly staff. I do recommend this hotel, but please note housekeeping tends to cut corners. For example, they just wipe the glasses in the room with a towel and put them back on the shelf. They should have replaced glasses with fresh ones from the dishwasher. Also, I think the bed had been slept in and the sheets not changed when I checked in. The bed was made but there were little hairs in the sheets. Hopefully this housekeeping issue was an anomaly.”

• Nothing.
• Not safe. Someone opened my door, odor and dirty.

“I have not ever stayed in such a dumb. I was hoping for a much nicer hotel. I am a store manager with Home Depot and work few long hours. i.e. needed a nice and comfortable place to lay my head. One morning while I was dressing, without any notification, someone tried to open my door. They were not able to enter because I had the security latch on my door. This should not have happened. The carpet was stained (I informed the front desk also). I made do by placing towels on the floor to create a walk way. My suggestion is to have someone do an unannounced inspection of rooms. You'll be surprised of the findings. Do not let them take you to the model room. I am currently at the Hyatt (college park) and am very comfortable. I am looking to stay here for another 2 days.”
