• Large flat screen TV & comfortable sofa.

“I had an excellent time. The room was very modern. The sofa was not the ordinary cheap, ugly hotel sofa. It also had a full length mirror on the closet door as well as the bathroom door. The TV was to die for. The only complaint that I have (and I really had to dig deep) is that there was not a microwave in the room. It did have a small fridge.”

• Desk staff, each shift were wonderful! Made us feel like we knew them.

“The staff in all departments were friendly, helpful, and gracious. From the people who checked us in, the housekeeping staff, a maintenance man we bumped into the breakfast crew, everyone was pleasant and so nice!”

• The hotel rooms were newly remodeled; furnished with large plasma TVs and clean.
• There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

“After having placed a bid near the Atlanta Airport, I was very pleased upon entering my room at this Hyatt Place. The furnishings were new and clean; the 50" plasma television provided a panel to easily connect your own media; and, most importantly, the bed was comfortable. This hotel was quite a surprise for the amount paid.”

• I liked the set-up of the room. The TV and sofa sectional was nice.
• No room service, no smoking, and no microwave.

“I thought my stay was not going to be a good experience because when I called the hotel to give them my requests for a smoking room and king size bed I was placed on hold twice for 10 plus minutes. It was three times if you count when the front desk clerk thought she put my on hold and all I could hear was laughing and chatter amongst the staff. It wasn't until I said something that the clerk realized I wasn't on hold. Other than this incident we enjoyed our stay.”

• Being near the elevator.

“Nice hotel but the windows are not sound proof and the first room we were in smelled very bad of smoke, had to move next to the elevator, a lot of people leave at 3 am.”

• How big and roomy the rooms were.
• Nothing.

“This hotel afforded us a very pleasant night away from home. The hotel staff at check-in was amazing. She was so welcoming and asked about our reason for staying. She offered to get us a cab when we told her we were attending a concert nearby and mentioned other hotel amenities to make our stay enjoyable.”

• No hot tub, roof leaking, bad location, a joke of a lounge.

“Lobby roof leaking. Got approached by a homeless person outside the hotel. When you think Hyatt, I would think it would at least have a spa and a lounge. All this place was, was a spruced up Holiday Inn.”

• I love the large rooms and the separate living area. The large flat screen tv was nice. It was convenient to have a fridge in the room.

“This hotel has a great location minutes from the airport with a free shuttle. The rooms were spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for the business traveler or if you need a hotel close to the airport.”

• I liked how big the rooms were.
• The hotel staff was not at all helpful.

“We had our hands completly full and with three children all below the ages of 5, we were even struggling and dropping things right in front of the staff, not once did the staff of two males offer to help my husband and I with the pack and play crib we had requested for our baby. They just handed it to us and watched us struggle to get everything to the elevator. It would've been nice to have had a little more help from the staff especially if this is supposed to be a 3 star hotel!”
