“Great room - very clean, nice, good sheets and towels. Great amenities, too. Very quiet, which was good. Conveniences that I like - bar/restaurant in lobby, Starbucks in lobby which opened early at 6am. The only improvement I could see them making is that the tables in the bar and front lobby area were visibly dirty, water stains, etc. That were cleanable and implied that they just weren't cleaned at all. The furniture in those areas was also pretty worn and dirty. The rooms were clean, though.”

“Hotel was very ornate in the public areas. Swimming pool area could have been cleaner. I saw a large roach crawling across the area near the pool. We were disappointed with the bathroom not working and the coffee maker not having one of its parts. Nice Starbucks in the lobby but only had one employee who didn't appear to be able to keep up with the morning crowds. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked to be very nice.”

“Convenient to the highway, but it is outside of the perimeter area. We checked in late at night, about 3 AM. There was 1 person at the counter and it was only us checking in. He was doing nothing else. It took him a good 5 minutes to check us in. Other guests were coming into the front door of the hotel, but for some reason or another, did not have their hotel key handy. The man we were checking in with, was very impatient and rude explaining to the guests that they need to use their hotel key to get in the door. The man also did not ask if I needed a king size bed or 2 doubles, and was very presumptions of me and my guest. If she had been any other than my significant other, I would not have been very happy as he gave us a king size bed by default. The staff during checkout was friendlier. The bed was very comfortable.”

“When we arrived we were checked right in. Room was set very nicely. Room came with sleep therapy items such as sleep comfort CD, linen spray, night mask etc. No complimentary breakfast but, it's not like that really mattered due to we stayed in bed. Room was always spotless when we came back. I hated that wireless connection wasn't free. Other than the breakfast and wireless connection my hotel stay was fabulous!”

“The walls were far too thin and we were awoken several times in the night by a group of teenagers. I would not stay there again. It's an aging 3-star. Needs an upgrade.”

“The hotel is beautiful and convenient to I-285. I had requested a room in the "Perimeter" area because my husband was having surgery the next morning and I was a little disappointed that it was not what I'd consider the "Perimeter" area. It is still convenient though, as it is only a few miles down the road from North side Hospital. While the beds were very comfortable, the room was hot and took a long time for the air to cool it off, even on the coldest setting. The wallpaper was peeling at the door and the rubber molding had come loose and was torn in the bathroom.”

“The hotel is centrally located in Perimeter, easy to find, hotel staff was fantastically friendly and helpful; the decor is beautiful and the beds were hard to get out of in the morning! Wonderful stay.”

“There was no bellman at the door, so maybe most guests don't want one; The room was nice, above-average in attractiveness and size, and quiet. The indoor pool was frigid cold, and there was no hot tub. The room service menu was underwhelming. The location was great.”

“The room, changing room, and bathroom were very large. The relaxation tape, eye mask, and ear plugs were a nice touch. The wallpaper in the bathroom had a large obvious patch on it. The backing on the drapes was peeling off and noticeable from across the room. The phone by the bed didn't work. The water in the shower didn't work, which we didn't discover until the next morning as we were getting ready for the day. The sent 2 workers up, but they were unable to repair it. The staff did give us another room in which to shower, and agreed to our request of a complimentary breakfast.”

“The hotel is conveniently located. Very clean. Spacious room. Good restaurants nearby. Late check out. Wonderful bed. CD player in the room was an unexpected bonus. Excellent value.”
