• Room did not have fridge nor microwave, could not lock deadbolt, old tv, toilet handle sticks, closet door off track.

“Crowne Plaza Perimeter (Atlanta) - Not a three and a half star hotel. Room excluded fridge and microwave. Closet door off track. Had to pay $10.00 per day for lap top connection in room.”

• Very comfortable bed and friendly staff.
• Decor is dated.

“This hotel is located between Galleria and Perimeter, so it is convenient to both but somewhat isolated. The decor could use updating, but overall the hotel was good. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was very clean.”

• Accommodating friendly staff, large room and nice bar and lounge areas with televisions.
• I had to request extra packages of regular coffee for the single cup coffeemaker both days.

“The hotel was everything I expected and more. Friendly helpful staff and clean comfortable room. The location was somewhat isolated but fairly close to the Cumberland Galleria mall area.(I had preferred to stay closer to the Perimeter center area when I bid on the room). Easy access to the interstate.”

• The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway, and has a very visible sign. The check-in process was quick; the room was luxurious.
• It rained and we were there just to sleep, so we didn't use the pool (which we could see from our window). The landscaping looked a bit barren.

“This is a hidden gem. With a Starbucks downstairs for a quick snack, this hotel is perfect for the traveller on the go. Comfortable, spacious rooms and a serene atmoshphere. It was perfect.”

A little farther away from the perimeter area than I am used to. However, it is convenient to the interstate and several fast food chain restaurants are located nearby.”

• Management was irresponsible for not apologizing for the horrifying disturbance.

“For two nights we were not able to get a good sleep. Lots of door banging all through the night. There was an incident of fighting next door and my family was so terrified. The hotel didn't even call us to apologize.”

• It is a little hard to get to the hotel because some of the streets that surround the hotel are one-way.

• It was private, quiet, and very friendly.
• It did not have a refridgerator or microwave in rooms.

• The rooms were spacious and it was conveniently located right off the highway.
• The parking lot could have been designed better.

“I really enjoyed my stay here at the Crowne Plaza. As I stated up above, it was conveniently located off a major highway (285) and an exit away from I75 and the rooms were very large.”

• Good staff, and renovated rooms.
• It probably needed the renovation. I would not have wanted to stay there before the renovation.

“Nice well priced hotel. It is a Crown Plaza, so don't expect the Hyatt, Marriott, design. Not a luxury or upscale, but a cut above the Hampton Inn.”

• Easy to access from I-285.
• Hotel Restaurant was not staffed properly.

“Easy access to and from the I-285. Close grocery store, pharmacy and several fast food outlets. Don't bother with the hotel restaurant. Received better service next door at the Waffle House.”

“The queen size sheet on a king size bed had to be replaced. A frozen drink from the drink machine had to be replaced. The restaurant and cafe were not open due to renovation.”

• Very clean comfortable room had new smell.

“This was a very good value. Nice safe place with clean, nice sized room. The beds were very comfortable, good sheets and pillows, very minimal noise. Seemed to be very well maintained. Elevators were the only areas that seemed to be a little worn, but understandable with the traffic they see.”
