• The way you can sit outside of your room and visit with friends & family that are checked in as well.
• Filthy, outdated, lack of maintenance, going down hill yearly.

“The filth in this place is horrible, the hot tub was not working, the pool very cold, some ice machines were not working, so you had to walk to the other end of the hotel. Wallpaper peeling, we had to request for towels in the room after we checked in. Rooms were not ready upon arrival, staff is not very friendly. Horrible experience save yourself, they've kept the outside looking nice but once you get in it's all down hill.”

“The lady at the front desk didn't treat my family properly. She was rude and very out of line. I have never had such bad service in my life. Until that lady gets fired I would suggest not wasting your money to be treated bad. The room was disgusting and moldy! By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!”

• I didn't like a thing about it.
• I was unhappy with everything this hotel had to offer.

“From the second, I walked in to check in, I had a bad feeling about this hotel. The check-in was slow. They didn't have my reservation ready and was slow at checking me in. When I got to back door of the hotel, you had to use your keycard to get in, well in was broken so much for safety. As I walked to my room, the hallways were dirty and rundown. I got to my room and had trouble getting into the door. It was stuck. When I got in, the room was dark, the ceiling had water stains and was falling down, the bathroom was dirty. It felt itchy. I went to use the so called fitness center, both treadmills were not working nor was the stair climber that too was rundown and nothing worked. The pool looked liked it hadn't been cleaned so I wouldn't think twice about swimming in there. There were noises all night long that kept me up. When I called the hotel staff to change rooms, they said they had no open rooms. I went down to their hotel restaurant and waited 5 minutes to be seated and no one came to seat me. So I left and went next door to the Chinese Restaurant which was wonderful. I tried to get another hotel, but had trouble finding one. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you like rundown, dirty places to stay. Save your money stay else where.”

• The location was close to shopping.
• The environment gave me the creeps.

“Holiday inn was terrible. The rooms smelled the staff was rude; the motel was noisy so no one slept all night, the run down condition made it a big mistake to stay here. The ants that were sharing our room were the only ones having a good time. I will never stay here again.”

“Will not stay here again. Toilet ran all night even after calls to front desk. Then sink started filling from the drain from somewhere that brought an awful stink and mess.”

• The deli by the pool to buy the kids snacks.
• Dirty and the play equipment was unusable.

“My family met with my sister's family and after driving for more than 5 hours, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms - they smelled, only small beds and we had mold in our bathroom, the toilet was dirty. Playing with the children, both pool tables were messed up, we couldn't find any ping pong balls for the tables, and the miniature golf was only for toddlers. After paying over $150.00 for one night each, we moved down the road to Comfort Inn & Suites - so much better! The rooms were suites, two queen beds, pull-out couch, micro & fridge - CLEAN and under $100.00 a night!”

• This hotel offered a pool and activities for younger guests.
• The condition of the hotel around the pool and surrounding area needs upgrading it is getting shabby.

“The other patrons of the hotel let their children run and scream after the pool and facilities are closed for use. This makes it impossible to get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone on business.”

• Staff very friendly and kept trying.
• Was in 3 different rooms for wired Internet--staff couldn't get it.

“Everyone friendly and helpful, good food. I requested wired Internet when reservation made and at check-in. Had to be moved to 2 other rooms to finally get wired Internet. It was a big inconvenience time-wise as I needed the Internet to prepare for scheduled meetings cost me 5 hours. Once resolved, everything was great.”
