• Clean, bright room.
• Not bathroom vent, not enough parking.

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Clean, good continental breakfast, bright and colorful room, comfortable bed. Staff was there when I needed them but not hovering.”

• Member of hotel staff was lounging in room I was given.

“Very nice and pleasant hotel. Front Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Only disappointment was member of hotel staff (cleaning person I suppose) was in my room lounging or sleeping in a chair when I first entered.”

• The hotel was very well maintained and close to the airport.
• Over all a good stay, the morning breakfast was not the best.

• Not pet friendly. Kind of out of the way. Not walking distance to restaurants.

• Pool was not open.

“The hotel offers large rooms with two beds, large TV, fridge, microwave. It is clean with guest computers and rich breakfast buffet. Pool available, but not always open. No wireless internet.”

• The accommodations were clean and the staff was friendly.
• The directions to the hotel were difficult to follow.

“Overall, I liked the hotel and the price was excellent. The staff demonstrated the kind of Southern hospitality that even made this Southerner feel comfortable.”

• I really like that each room has a microwave and a refrigerator.

“This is a hotel that I have been fortunate to get the opportunity to stay at. If I had a chance, I would always stay at this hotel, as well I would recommend it to anyone else who I knew was going to be traveling or visiting the East Point/Atlanta area.”

• I Like the way the have a room set up for your use of the internet.
• Nothing.

“I was there for a business trip and the rooms were so clean and comfortable, the Hotel was close to all major Restaurants, I told them when I come back this is the hotel I want to stay in.”

• The police had to come out for unsafe guest.

• Very convenient to airport and freeway.
• I arrived after dark and left before dawn. Parking was limited in the front and side. There was more parking in the rear, but lighting not so good.

“Front desk staff friendly and check in/out was fast and smooth.”

“The room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable. Even though near the airport was very quiet. Would not hesitate to stay there again if we ever get back to Atlanta.”

• Van service took too long for proximity to airport.

“I chose this hotel for a quick overnight at the Atlanta airport. The van service took almost 30 minutes to pick-up and then goes to 4 other hotels before dropping off at the Fairfield. The room was comfortable, but sparsely furnished and somewhat dingy. Overall, it is typical of this type of hotel at the ATL airport.”
