• Great staff.
• People and children yelled in the hallways all night long.

“They hotel was great, although it was not in the safest neighborhood. Everyone on my floor was extremely loud in the hallways. The TV's were so loud I could hear every word said when walking outside other people's room. I didn't expect the charge for parking which was completely ridiculous. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, they did make up for the negative aspects. It was a good stay for one night but would not recommend to my family because for the price, I expected a little more.”

“Very nice hotel, close to the airport if you are planning to fly. I felt comfortable taking my small children however we did have to leave the hotel for breakfast. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• I like the cleanliness and lighting in the room and bathroom.
• Nothing to say.

“This is a quality hotel. Some of the furniture is showing wear. The cleanliness is great in the room and bathroom. The bed is comfortable. There are electrical outlets to charge your phone and computer. The internet service is included in the room rate. I like this hotel.”

• Beautiful room with white duvet, lavender spray and earplugs!
• They put us in a room right next to a noisy coke machine. Needed the earplugs!

“Beautiful lobby and room. Very handy and timely shuttle. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Area can be a little dicey at night.”

• The cover was a clean white duvet cover. I did not worry about what might be on it.
• It needed updating, especially in the hallway. The room was small.

“It was adequate for the one night I stayed there waiting for my flight the next day. I did pay to leave my car there for the duration of my trip. I was concerned about doing so as there is no type of security whatsoever and the hotel is literally at the top of the exit ramp. Everything was fine, though, upon my return.”

• The customer service was really good.
• We were charged $1/page to print in the business room.

“The shuttle was great to go to the airport and to travel by MARTA. I thought it to be egregious to charge customers to use the hotel computer and printers. I stayed in Columbus, GA at another hotel and had this all free.”

• Staff interaction; did not give pertinent information at check-in; a little abrasive.

“Hotel would have been great had our first impressions been better, including staff helpfulness and smell in room. Also, bits of pertinent information were left out until check out. We were not happy overall.”

• The overall experience was nice but the complimentary parking was great.
• The one thing I didn't like was that the TV would not rotate around far enough to sit in the chairs and watch it.
