• Room was clean.
• Hotel staff were rude and unhelpful.

“The accommodations were nice although almost all the ice and vending machines were out of order and looked to have been that way for some time. The Hotel staff however were extremely rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this hotel based solely on the staff, courteousness goes a long way to keeping customers and poor customer service such as was shown will surely drive people away from this location .”

• The breakfast buffet was nice. The staff was very helpful and gracious.
• The room was very small for 3 people. The AC did not work and it was July in Atlanta.

“The hotel did not meet my expectations. The hotel needs to clean up the rooms and make sure the AC works.”

• The bar was nice and the banquet facilities were adequate.
• The common areas around the rooms were absolutely filthy and we had a cockroach in our room. The rooms reeked of bug spray.

“The entrance and lobby areas are quite deceiving. The common areas and rooms leave much to be desired. They were not very clean, there were foul odors in the air and we had to wait 1.5 hours for our room after an already late check in time of 3 p.m. It was an overall bad experience. If our family reunion wasn't at that hotel, we would have stayed in another hotel on the second night.”

• Jet noise, air-conditioner noise, slow, slow check in.

“Ok hotel. Good location. Slow check-in, but staff doing their best. Need more check-in people when long lines of guests.”

• The free airport shuttle, lower price and convenience to get to the airport early in the morning.
• The halfway done renovations half of the rooms are old, noisy (because near airport), etc.

“This hotel was acceptable for the price I paid. It seems the hotel is in the progress of renovations, as a portion of the hotel is in good shape and a portion of it is older and a bit run-down. If you stay there, call ahead to get a renovated room!”

• Reasonably priced.
• Very slow staff (one person) at check in desk.

“At the restaurant bar, my girlfriend was treated very rudely by the bartender. He was evidently in the midst of a hissy-fit and he decided to unload on my girlfriend. The neighboring guests were extremely load and boisterous even at midnight. I guess this is more of a "party" hotel for the blue collar set.”

• My bathroom had seen much better days.

“Newer areas were probably nicer than my room, but my room certainly served for the night I needed.”

• The location was good.
• The hotel was filthy. Room was full of mold. Inattentive staff. Overbooked rooms.

“This was the worse hotel I have stayed in years! It was dirty, the staff poorly trained and inattentive. The facility is poorly maintained. It did not meet my expectations of a holiday inn. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• Do not like rooms that open to the outdoors.

“Hotel was okay for the price I paid. Had I paid the internet listed price I would have been very unhappy. Location was good so far as proximity to airport otherwise I would not have stayed in this area. ”

• Very convenient to the at airport, very frequent shuttles.
• No problems at all.

“It's an old, much added-on-to holiday inn, kind of a crazy quilt design. Actually there was a mild funkiness to it that my wife and I found appealing. Good water pressure (almost the most valuable asset, to me, in a hotel room). Everything was quite clean -- except a few transition corridors to porches outside rooms. Pretty good food (entirely adequate). ”

• Location to airport and convention centre. Good internet service.
• Lots, it was far below my expectations.

“1. Paint and paper were peeling in the bathroom area.2. Signs for refreshing towels and sheets did not appear until the last day of my stay. This means that in four days, neither my sheets nor towels were changed.3. No continental breakfast included with room, because hotel had a restaurant. When I went to take a banana back to my room, I was told it was not allowed. Most hotels charging that rate, give a free continental breakfast.4. En route to airport, driver had to re-circle the airport. He missed our drop off point because he was distracted by the radio he was listening to.5. Seals on doorway are virtually non-existent. Light was visible through the crack. That meant that cold air, bugs, the smoke from smokers outside the room, and the odor of frying oil from the arby's came right through.6. I have knee problems. The only elevator at ground level was outside.”

“This motel had gross, noisy rooms which were well worn. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I¿ve ever slept on. Location was in a scary part of town. What a disappointment!”
