• The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful.
• The hotel itself was very dingy and uncomfortable.

“I missed my connection to Hawaii after my Delta flight was delayed 4 hours, so I had to stay overnight in Atlanta. Delta gave me a voucher for this place, claiming that it was the nicest hotel voucher they had available. When I checked in, the hotel put me in a smoking room, so I asked to be moved, and then the room they moved me to do not have any working lights except the bathroom. The room was freezing cold (it was about 30 degrees outside) when I got there and the bed felt like cardboard. The only thing I liked about the place was that the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't stay here again, and am certainly not flying Delta again!”

• Great front desk... Good coffee in room. Honest maids.
• Dirty carpet in halls... Very unreliable bus pickup service.

“Had problems with bus. When calling for pickup at the airport the desk would say it's on the way..." 25 to 45 minutes later it would show up. Since the hotel is only 5 minutes away where did they go? This happened 3 nights I stayed here. Two nights it was 10 degrees outside. Had I been told it would been this long I could and would have taken a cab or at least stood inside..."”
