“From the beginning when I checked in, the room was not what I booked and smelled of smoke. There was no towels in the bathroom and the bed had stains and hair on it. The television was not working correctly and the a/c was controlled by a remote that didn't have buttons on it. When I asked for more towels again many hours later; there were none available until about 12:00 am and then I had to walk to the front office through homeless people asking me for change to get the only towel that they had at the time. Also the wireless internet they said they had(which was a pretty big deal to me and a main reason I booked with them) did not work at all. When I told the staff about all my problems, they told me there was nothing I nor they could do because the manager was out of town for the weekend and was actually in India and left no one in charge. I could get my money back to stay somewhere else and had to sleep with all my clothes on until check-out time. Not a pleasant trip at all.”

“The staff was not friendly at check in, took 1 1/2 hours to clean our room, it wasn't ready at the 2 PM check in, we had no towels and staff never brought any to the room. Check in clerks were fighting about shift change and money being short, so we had to wait in the lobby listening to them fight. Hotel guests were talking, singing, shouting in front of the rooms at all hours of the night, wall paper was thin, could hear the partying next door at 2 -3 AM.”

“It was ok for me as I was not traveling with my kids. The air conditioning was ok if left on high full time. The best thing about the hotel was the easy in and out access to the things I was doing in Atlanta.”

“This hotel was a good place to be because it was in the middle of everything. There was a lot of things they need to improve on like room service and bug stopper because there was a lot of bugs in the area.”

“The check in and out was easy. I do not find myself ever staying there in the future. The air conditioner was some old wall unit thing that barely blew air out of it and when asked to fix it they said oh it takes time to cool down 3 days later it was still hot in the room. The pool was refreshing but had a lot of bugs and the bottom of the pool had paint flaking off, also the sides of the pool.”

“I was not luxurious but cozy and familiar. The staff was professional at all times, answered pertinent questions. This hotel has a swimming pool and shuttle to and from Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport. There is Arby's and an Italian restaurant across the street from the hotel.”

“The office staff were very polite and friendly and the hotel was within 20 to 25 minutes of Stone Mountain, Atlanta Aquarium and Turner Field where the Atlanta Braves play. Proximity to these attractions was very good from this motel. The beds were hard as bricks and I did not get a good night's sleep while staying there. The pool was closed. We were offered a complimentary local news paper. I did not like the motel.”

“If you are desperate for a cheap
place to stay, then maybe, this hotel is for you.
MARTA travels all over from the airport to downtown and beyond, so jump on that and go to a downtown or midtown hotel instead.”
